I called this store not more than a minute ago (3:00 2/26/24). I've been a client with this store for 8 yrs. This is the first time I was treated so rudely. The woman who answered the phone didn't seem to be happy that she had to answer the phone. When asked a question, she sounded like it was an imposition for her to answer the question. When I said ok, thank you, she hung up without so much as a goodbye. Very poor over the phone customer service. I'll be finding a new Cricket store.

I have been to many Cricket Stores around the US and Lake Wales Zcricket Wireless was by far the best one I have vis. Gaby and Faith were amazing! They worked together to help me change out my SIzm to an eSIM ( which Apple will end up doing anyway) These girls even gave me about 15 great restaurants to eat at. They had me laughing the whole time and I left happy with my service. This made my day!!

Very friendly and helpful and good offers...that was a year ago...yesterday I paid my bill and today they disconnected my 2 paid cell phones due to an error by the employee and she still wanted me to pay again....take care of this In the store, the employees do not know what they are doing and one of them is the victim...they did not solve my problem and I called customer service and in order to give me a credit to connect my paid cell phones, the plan had to be lowered...thanks criket
but this poorly managed store and mediocre employees and supervisors will leave them without customers, why am I about to move my 4 lines just because of the treatment of this store...

I had the best service with this store with the workers Emily and Gabi and Maria I upgraded my phone and they were honestly better than other carriers with 40$ month! :)

I wasn't happy. The person that helped me didn't seem willing to help. I wanted to upgrade but the phones I inquired about were all over $200. When I chatted with a Cricket rep online those same phones were way under $200. Didn't quite understand what was going on with that. I am returning to a store I have dealt with in the past.
