Bank will not even exchange large bills for smaller if you don’t have an account. Good way to turn away potential future customers as I would never open an account with them now.

I’d give a no star if I could, the pulled debuts out of my account, before the due date which resulted in overdraft fees which they would not return. It has been problem after problem in this bank, and the lake wales branch management and staff every time I go in there are rude and cross and look down on me like they are all high and mighty! I do not recommend this bank to anyone’!

I dropped off paperwork at the drive through and I was the only one there. there was no customers in or outside the bank. I had to pay $15.00 to submit the paperwork. I tried to pay with my debit but they required cash. I drove around the bank to the ATM to get cash. I was charged a $3 fee. I think it's despicable to be charged $3 for using their ATM. I drove back to the drive through to give the cash and still no customers in or out of the bank. it took 10 minutes to get my change back. I realize why the don't take debit. they must desperately need the money since I never see customers in or out of the bank. horrible way of doing business. thankfully I only have a car payment with citizens.

I banked with another "big bank" for the longest time and increasingly became frustrated with their lack of care for my banking needs and sub-par service. I've been with this bank since 2013. They use to be a good bank. They have changed a lot. if I call and need clarification, all I get is attitude, especially cheryl in Auburndale. as of today I'm so excited to be switching banks. I'm done. they scheme to make it look like your account is in the green and then slap an OD fee out of the blue.

I love this bank. Brian Marbutt did an exceptional job guiding me to get the commercial loan I needed to expand my business. Other banks were exceptionally hard to deal with and Citizens’ keep it simple approach was easy. Not to mention the loan terms were way better than everyone else as well. It’s nice to have a partnership with a bank that actually has your best interest at heart. Thank you.
