Stopped by the other day to replace a coil pack, and was not too sure how to do so. But lo and behold, Denis, THE MAN, hooked me up, walked me through it, and got me everything I needed. Left there with my truck riding like a dream. Thank you Denis!

My experience was PHENOMENAL. I was having a dead battery emergency and this Autozone fixed my problem within 1 hour. Within 1 hour, my battery was ordered, and promptly installed into my vehicle. Along with great communation, and rapid installation, i was provided with transparent time calculations so i could manage other daily tasks while i accomplished daily tasks. This establishment is fast, skilled, and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone having car troubles, as well as my own family.

Less than zero rating. I visited this store today with a friend and had to return to the store a total of 3 times regarding the original purchase. How difficult is it to get the right oil and oil filter for my vehicle? It's nearly impossible at this store...when we arrived originally I grabbed the correct oil and the employee at the counter told me I had the incorrect oil so I grabbed the oil she said was correct. We went to our mechanic and they said we had been given the wrong oil and filter. Returned to autozone to get the correct oil and filter. Once again the employee at the store gave us the wrong filter. Rinse and repeat to our mechanic and back to autozone. We were given the wrong information about the oil filter by autozone and our mechanic had to call and argue with them just to get the right filter. 1 hour later and 3 trips to the same store only to get a 1 dollar discount from and incompetant supervisor named Tay F and his manager Allen K. No apologies and extreme unprofessionalism from both of these employees. Truly horrific experience all around. Avoid this store at all costs

So on 4/20 i stopped by there because the place that fixed my car didn’t properly put the bottom part back together & it was dragging really bad! anyways, i went in there to ask for some assistance & the lady came out to see & then her & another worker zip tied it for me to temporarily fix the problem! i am so grateful because that was just a horrible sound & nerve wracking! props to those two employees for helping me. it was so appreciated!!!

Stopped in to fix a rattling bolt I told my wife I’d handle (6 months ago, to be fair…).Had I known it would be in out and done in 5 minutes I would have done it sooner.Dennis the store manager was great. In 6 years as a technician I could never get parts this quickly.Keep running a great store Dennis. I hope management recognizes your hard work and awesome team. They need people like you to promote an incredible customer experience at the executive level.

Dennis (the store manager) is a class act! My husband and I stopped to fix a rattling panel. He was quick to help find the right hardware, then broke out the tools to help. Super friendly, awesome sense of humor. O’Reillys better watch their game if AutoZone hires more people like Dennis.My husband said he wished his commercial account managers were this great back in his wrenching days. I went to this place because my Jeep Grand Cherokee eco Diesel had an issue with DPF 100% full. I had taken it to the dealer and they charged me a lot which did not take care of the problem at all. At AutoZone, I met Dennis who was very helpful and did everything to help me out. I totally recommend this place to fellow customers. 5 stars
