I ordered online yesterday, what I thought was a front rotor for my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, at the Autozone in Lake Wales on Hwy 60. I picked it up this morning then went to my mechanic in Winter Haven. Well, to my surprise, after the vehicle was on a lift and tires off, I was informed that I was given a rear rotor. So, I called the Hwy 27 store thinking I was calling the Hwy 60 store to see if I could get help. I spoke with KECIA, who got all my info and mechanic's location then she sent their driver to my mechanic with a new front rotor and did not charge me the extra cost for the front rotor (about $30). It took about 45-60 minutes for their driver to get there which was fast considering they don't normally deliver there. This kind of customer service is absolutely rare these days. I am 58 and years ago relationships were built with stores but today that's difficult with the online detachment. However, Kecia treated me like family and was very empathetic of my situation. I can't say enough about her customer service. She got me out of a real bind. I didn't even know I called the wrong store untili went to the Hwy 60 store to thank her and I was informed she works at the Hwy 27 store. They called her and thanked her for me and I figured this review was the least I could do for her and her store.

Stopped by the other day to replace a coil pack, and was not too sure how to do so. But lo and behold, Denis, THE MAN, hooked me up, walked me through it, and got me everything I needed. Left there with my truck riding like a dream. Thank you Denis!

My experience was PHENOMENAL. I was having a dead battery emergency and this Autozone fixed my problem within 1 hour. Within 1 hour, my battery was ordered, and promptly installed into my vehicle. Along with great communation, and rapid installation, i was provided with transparent time calculations so i could manage other daily tasks while i accomplished daily tasks. This establishment is fast, skilled, and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone having car troubles, as well as my own family.

Less than zero rating. I visited this store today with a friend and had to return to the store a total of 3 times regarding the original purchase. How difficult is it to get the right oil and oil filter for my vehicle? It's nearly impossible at this store...when we arrived originally I grabbed the correct oil and the employee at the counter told me I had the incorrect oil so I grabbed the oil she said was correct. We went to our mechanic and they said we had been given the wrong oil and filter. Returned to autozone to get the correct oil and filter. Once again the employee at the store gave us the wrong filter. Rinse and repeat to our mechanic and back to autozone. We were given the wrong information about the oil filter by autozone and our mechanic had to call and argue with them just to get the right filter. 1 hour later and 3 trips to the same store only to get a 1 dollar discount from and incompetant supervisor named Tay F and his manager Allen K. No apologies and extreme unprofessionalism from both of these employees. Truly horrific experience all around. Avoid this store at all costs

So on 4/20 i stopped by there because the place that fixed my car didn’t properly put the bottom part back together & it was dragging really bad! anyways, i went in there to ask for some assistance & the lady came out to see & then her & another worker zip tied it for me to temporarily fix the problem! i am so grateful because that was just a horrible sound & nerve wracking! props to those two employees for helping me. it was so appreciated!!!
