“GOD BLESS THIS BUSINESS AND THE MEN AND WOMEN WORKING HERE! My car broke down right at the stop sign by Dollar General this morning. The battery died on me with my 2 kids in the car. I panicked and didn’t know what to do so I ran down to this shop asking if they could please help me. They jumped my battery and some how my coolant was empty. The owner filled my coolant for me. I asked how much do I owe and he said nothing. I’m so grateful and thankful to these guys! You are a blessing and thank you for helping me out.”

“I never give a 5star, but hands down Tito's deserves it. I have been going to Tito's for years, an I have to say they are the very best tire shop in Polk county, there prices are more than fair always. I just went there yesterday morning to have my rim welded, they fit me in first thing in the morning, and they fixed my rim in 45mins, I wasn't late to my work appointment because of Tito's, thank you. He quoted me at $125-$150. They tried only charging the $125, I felt it was only rite to pay them the $150 cause of the convenience and how good they have always been. I recommend them to anyone. Best place around.”

“Owner of a 1986 Toyota RV that has been mishandled by other shops. Or, guys just feed me nonsense because this old rig is basic, easy to work on, small. So, no extensive or complicated issues to address, either with the drivetrain or coach. These folks, so far, have been accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and will/are able to handle every problem I may have. Worth the drive, as I can bring the dogs-----there are shaded grassy areas, walking space, and, on leash, they are welcome in the clean and cool waiting area. This company is organized, efficient; staff has been personable thus far. Glad to have found CFFS, Inc.”
“I recently needed to replace the catalytic converters on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd with the 4.7 V8 and decided to explore some local options. After comparing a few shops, I chose this one for their very competitive pricing and they were local, which was a promising start. However, during the installation process, they ran into an issue with the universal high-flow converters they usually use, as those parts turned out to be too long for my vehicle. Additionally, the aftermarket OEM options were priced significantly higher than my initial quote.
What truly stood out to me was how they handled this challenge. Rather than limiting my choices, they went above and beyond to custom fit a system that complied with regulatory standards while being more budget-friendly than the original estimate.
I was also impressed by their exceptional customer service. When I dropped off my Jeep in the morning, they graciously offered me a ride home, even though it was about 10 miles away. When they called to inform me that my Jeep was ready, they generously offered to pick me up, and while I appreciated the offer I decided to take an Uber rather than taking up their valuable mechanics time.
The quality of the new custom exhaust is commendable, featuring very clean welds. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about this shop because my experience was genuinely positive. I plan to make this shop my primary choice for any future work on my Jeep and would recommend them to others looking for similar services!”
“My repair was due to an auto accident where the other party was at fault, which wasn’t a great experience. However, my experience with Bucks was exceptional. The customer service from each person was great. Everyone was kind, thorough, and took their time with me. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed out.
I was updated with the progress and let the shop know that I didn’t need any further updates until the car was ready.
I expected the car to be ready after the estimated date because I understood it was an estimate. You never know what you’re truly working with until you get started.
My car now looks better than it did when I bought it. It was detailed beautifully and it you’d never know it was in an accident.
I am so happy that I went with Buck’s Body Shop. I love about an hour away and it was more than worth the trip. I highly recommend them. If I ever need any work done, I know where I’m going.”
