Sunshine was very patient and kind to me. Sunshine went above and beyond. She actually helped me with the new plan and helped me with my phone. She is an amazing employee! One day when she opens up her business I will definitely support her ?

I came in 10/23 at 6pm.. I honestly forgot her name, I think it was Christina or Stephanie.. But I came in and cashed a check and she had to get approval for it so it took a little longer, but she had great customer service And was able to multitask easily.
I had a situation happen right when she was about to pay me out and she just made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

The rudest and most impolite staff ever. I’ve been to many Amscot locations and I’ve never been given the run around excuse to not help me and provide service. Definitely would not recommend this place if you want something done for sure. Both the employee and manager were giving me attitude for just asking them to help me print a document that would be paid for.

Sunshine has been a big BLESSING for me and my family. Why I say this is, she's been very patient and generous with all her customers , that's what I've witnessed when I come into the amscot store here in Lake Wales FL.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and I alwaye go to Sunshine. She always greets me with a smile and is always happy to help!! She is always available to help with information whenever I have questions or concerns! Excellent client service!

George and Sunshine are awesome. Every time I come in they provide great customer service with a smile! George has been there many years and have always been polite and welcoming. Sunshine has been there less time but is a great asset. There should be one of them in every Amscot! Love them!

I want to geve negative stars. will never go there again. I went in with a three hundred dollar check my neighbor wrote me. I don't have a lot in the bank. If I cash it at the bank, the bank holds the check. This Mascot manager got my information, Id, place of address social security number. Then said they will not cash my check. When I asked for my information back they said NO. They said we will shred it. I said can you please do that now. They said NO we gave it to corporate. They refused to delete my information!!!
