Two women staffers decided to become defensive, then offensive, regarding info they did not have----------namely, the final four digits of our local zip code. Both behaved like overgrown third graders, taking turns making faces at me, hurling insults, gossiping with other customers about me. Guess only government-affiliated employment shelters them from gross misconduct on the job. They claimed I didn't 'need' the final four digits of our zip code, despite the fact that the IRS mailing address contained one. Moreover, it's not within their job description to dictate to a paying customer their needs. Is it?
Interestingly, the first question posed during the USPS phone survey was a request to provide all 9 zip code digits in order to continue. Staffers claiming ignorance of this basic USPS info is astounding. So what if you're a floating staffer, spending time in 5 different locations? Stick a post-it at your workstation with each relevant 4-digit zip code ending in each work location. Difficult? I think not. Abusing a customer verbally by stating "I don't know it" (don't forget the ludicrous facial expression, "Do you know it?"" "He sure doesn't know it." This latter statement referred to the lone male behind the counter, a thoroughly informative and professional employee in my presence. So, it was likewise necessary to hurl an undeserved insult in their co-worker's direction(I finished my USPS business with him, thankfully), apparently. Never satiated with insult-heaving, I guess.
Altogether disgusting. One of the women provided her name; I should include it in this review, but stooping to her level of behavior isn't acceptable, now is it???

This place is run well. Typically the people working are quite friendly and nice. Once in awhile you get one of them that just has a bit of a cold attitude and is not trying to cooperate but mostly that's not the case. The lineup moves fairly fast and they typically staff this place well enough to keep the line moving. There's plenty of parking and I've never walked in here and it's been overly busy where it's been a nightmare to go here. One of the better US postal offices I've been to.

Customer service is not there anymore, just a bunch of stiffs, it would have been better if i was on a funeral home.

What a rinky dink little post office with the kind of reject staffing the prison system wouldn't touch.

HUGE shoutout to Mike, he really knows what he is doing! When it came to a last minute trip and us needing to get our passports expedited, we walked in with absolutely no idea where to begin. He provided us with clear cut guidance of which we followed through and now I am successfully holding our passports in hand, all thanks to him! Wonderful customer service and very thorough.

I will be filling a lawful claim against this post office as they will not delivery mail after shipping has been paid for. I receive packages to house from every other mail carrier except them. They always have an excuse and never provide documentation to back up what they say. I have had numerous packages returned to sender and lost shipping cost in the mean time. The worst experience I have ever had with the USPS and will do everything in my power to let other humans know this is how they do business. I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. Do not use this post office.

Had an appointment for passports, got there and the guy that does them went to lunch and didnt tell anyone about any appointments and they said they had called the guy prior but couldn't get ahold of him. No one called to let us know that there was no internet so even if the guy was there we couldn't get our paper work processed. According to them their internet has been down for 14 days and they have no idea when a technician will come fix it. No one bothered to call us to let us know any of this in advance. Was also told that their camera doesn't work without internet so we would have been potentionally charged for something they can't provide. No one knew anything and this was very frustrating to show up and for our appointment and all of this was going on.
