Had a truly horrible experience here. Appointments were running late and when I got called up, they didn’t have all the labs my doctor sent over. Called my doctor from the office and asked them to fax the missing order. Quest didn’t receive the fax. I offered to call the doctor again so Quest could talk to them and be authorised to add it. In the middle of this call the nurse decided to pick a fight with me, told me I was being unfair to other patients (because her manager looked in and said she was running late), and then told me she wouldn’t serve me and to leave.

I sent my daughter to get her blood work done - (she’s 19) and they made her cry and were so rude with their comments and when she said she wanted to call her mom and they gave her a hard time about it . Unbelievable - she’s trying to navigate her medical needs without me and this is how she’s treated! Sad - need more compassion for people. Shame on them!

I had blood work on the 29th of June. I was in and out quickly. No wait at all. The man that drew my blood did an excellent job. Never felt a thing. Good experience.

9:40 was my appointment. I checked in at 9:30 and waited. 9:45, 9:50, 9:55 all passed and I was still waiting. I finally left because I had an interview. I came back at 10:40 and waited for a second appointment. Once I got called back, the young lady I had SUCKED. She felt for a vein, prepped my arm and stuck me, the blood wasn’t flowing so she literally pushed the needle further in! Then she said “nope” and pulled it out to proceed and tell me she had to try somewhere else!! EXCUSE ME?! If your JOB is to draw blood, shouldn’t you have known to find another spot BEFORE sticking the needle in my arm?! So now I have two arms that were stuck and are both bruised! I’ll stick to the SEBRING location from now on.

We are being held hostage by our healthcare needs at Quest. We have no choice but to wait in ridiculous busy conditions!Where is corporate, and why are they not fixing the problems overwhelming this poor overworked staff!!!!!!!!!There are too many patients waiting and not enough room to even stand inside anymore. When the staff calls a new patient, they don't ask the people waiting outside the door. They just move on to the next patient. People in the waiting room are frustrated and all talking about being treated so bad by this corporation that knows we have no choice. People who had 8am appointments are leaving without treatment at 9:30 BECAUSE THEY NEED TO WORK. QUEST DIAGNOSTICS, DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quest again couldn't find my paperwork after waiting almost 2 hours in a SRO room. I rescheduled after getting a physical printout from my PD. This time I only had to wait about 45 min after my appointment time.They still had trouble finding me in the system and I've been going here for the last 10 years. I told the phelbotomist I was moderately deaf and lip read yet he still spoke with his head turned several times and seemed mildly annoyed when I asked him to repeat himself. The staff has changed and there are less of them. It seems to me they are overworked and a little stressed out. I don't hold them responsible for the hiccups in the system but it has definitely gone downhill.

I had made an appointment at 1:40 and waited a whole 15 mins just for them to tell me that it was an error and they weren’t going to be seeing anyone else. They had plenty of time to draw my blood or even tell me something, before I wasted my time. It literally takes like 2 mins and we’re done. Hate this new check in system too. Also don’t say you’re going to “close” at 2, when you guys kick everyone out before then. Ridiculous!

This location discriminates against disabled people. I was refused service because of my inability to wear a mask due to multiple medical issues I offered to wear a face shield. They knowingly violated Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and called the cops to have me removed. Meanwhile they allowed other people to enter without wearing masks and provided them with service.

Brought a family member here and the staff were rude to her. She didnt understand how to check-in on the system because the link they sent in a text was going to a website that just said error, so she knocked on the door and when someone came out they just said that she needs to check-in, she explained that she didnt understand how and was told she would need to find someone to help her. I just find it crazy that the employees that work there refuse to help their patients to check-in.

Didn't know that someone else owned it now but will not go back. I have TWO huge bruises on my arm. The guy was not very good. I wish the other people were back. I will go somewhere else.

I went into the office and met some new staff. Loved the two prior but Frances T. was the best. Loved her personality ànd she didn't make me feel a thing☺️
