Worst experience at a pharmacy ever! Transferred prescriptions from another pharmacy. Publix told me they requested the transfer but that the other pharmacy didn’t respond. Called the other pharmacy. Transfer was sent and received. Went back to Publix, now they say it was received but they didn’t fill it even though I was very clear that I was out of my medication. Finally I got it filled but had to wait 30 min. Associates were not helpful or friendly. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had at this location. I was willing to give them another chance and they blew it!

Pharmacy Tech Nicole was very rude. I had a copay card for my husbands prescription and I was going to give her that info when I got to the counter. I waited my turn in line, I was third. I get to the counter and I give her the copay card info and she tells me that I should’ve called ahead or dropped it by earlier because now I was holding up her line. So unprofessional.

Had Rx for 3 days.....pick up told would be 30 minutes....a hour later I was still waiting. This was not a one time incident has jappened to us often. If Walgreens took husbands insurance would not fool with Publix pharmacy. By the way Publix is my favorite grocery store.Wawas still waiting

It's so nice to go shopping and have employees throughout the store greet you, ask if you found what you were looking for, and take the time to show you where something is. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

This is without a doubt the worst Publix on the planet! The pharmacy never tells the customer the truth, or the same thing twice. they used to really want to help, but definitely not anymore. The deli, unbelievable!!!! Rude! ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I am not writing this because this was a one time experience, I am writing this because it is repeated and repeated poor customer service. It used to be someone would ask... which company gives the best customer service? Everyone would say "Publix". Not anymore. Publix you are loosing our business. I am sure I am not the only one. Publix you are no longer the leader in customer.

Be aware of the pharmacist named Jackie Carranza. She is egotistic and will challenge prescriptions written by your heath care provider. She will play doctor and will attempt to diagnose your condition. She asked personal questions from health to family to travel etc. So much more. I will be contacting the Florida Board of Pharmacy regarding her conduct.

Stood on the deli 5 mins waiting for help. Four people out on the deli area far end looked at me, one walked out of a prep room looked at me and walked back in. Walked away disgusted passing a Manager who heard me and went back to stocking his sales bins. Paid for the 2 items I did find and on the way out find a manager bringing in carts. I asked if the deli was open, it was. I informed him of the crap service and he responded he will talk to them. No apology, no please come with me and let me make it right, just I will talk to them. my response was easy, I won't be back and I will taking my business to Sebring. Poor customer service is putting it lightly.

Great store but you need to enforce ten items or less lane!! I understand if someone has a few more than ten but not a buggy that is running over.
