Yes they are very nice to talk to. But the communication between service and phone personelle and overall organization. Fair amount of money paid, and no repairs completed.

Excellent service, called mid morning, they picked up my cart, diagnosed problem, repaired and returned my cart all in a 4 hour time frame. Very reasonable on price. Highly recommend them!

we bought a used golf cart from monie golf cart shop in lake placid we had no problems and the owner would call once a month just check on us awesome family owned business .very honest people and work with you on money I short.did I add free pick up and delivery.

Everyone was nice, but they keep saying one thing was the problem then when I go to pick it up they would tell me it was another problem, they had my club car for 3 weeks. It took me having to sit out there for 2 hours for them to be done with my club car. I still have the same problem that I had when I brought them my club car.

New to Lake Placid and bought a house that came with a golf cart. Had a problem with it about a week after buying it. I called Monies and they came out that day with a trailer to look at it. Needed a rear hub replacement and they took it in their shop and fixed it with a reliable used part and saved me $$$. They delivered it back to me free of charge. The owner is great, he is willing to work with his customers and help them out. I am very impressed with their service and quick response. Highly recommend.
