My wife had to urgently and alone buy two tires for our 2012 Toyota Camry. They sold her two Prinx brand tires for $300 total, meaning $150 each. After checking real market prices, I found out these tires usually cost between $65 and $85 at well-known retailers.
Additionally, she brought the tires herself to the shop. The shop did not do any removal, mounting, balancing, or alignment, since the car was not present. In fact, they don’t even have the equipment for alignment, and the person in charge said they would do it “for free” if we brought the car another day — but none of that was written on the receipt, so there’s no guarantee at all.
The receipt we got was handwritten and extremely informal, with no mention of the tire model, no price breakdown, no listed services, and no conditions for future visits.
It’s clear they took advantage of my wife being alone, charging premium prices for a budget tire brand. This is completely unethical.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Inflated prices, no transparency, and no service accountability. Go to a serious business that treats customers with honesty and respect.
It’s a shame I have to leave one star — because they don’t even deserve that

You think you’d wait till the last customer was doing filling up his truck before you shut off the pumps .

Terrible customer service. The woman who helped us refill propane was so rude. Shouldn’t be working in customer service. We were charged around $8.00 per gallon. We will never be back.

I was stranded in Lake Placid with a flat tire that had picked up a screw on my way across from Venice. I called AAA, which sent Rodney's Marathon truck. The guy was there in 15 minutes; he pulled the tire and put on the "bubble spare" and then was good enough to ask where I was headed. He informed me that the bubble was ONLY good for 50 miles and only AT 50 mph! He led me back to Rodney's Marathon, got the guys manning the garage to come deal with my real tire. Not only did they have it patched and me on the road in 15 minutes, but they led me into the restaurant part of the station so I'd be in AC--without swarming lovebugs!--while they did so. I was impressed with their staff and their service. All it cost me was $15 and tax for the tire repair. Hard to argue with that! Thanks, guys!

On Wednesday September 13, 2017 at 11:40am, they ran out of gas, and they didn't bother to tell anyone. This is 2 days after Hurricane Irma. I spent 2 hours in line. Very disappointing.

Everyone was very helpful, got the tire changed and everything. They took a bit of time to get it ordered, but were very inexpensive and fast.
