If they can't diagnose your animal over the phone then they are not making a home visit. Only way I would suggest them is if your having your animal put down.

I love this place! As a new client, after moving to the area recently, we acquired another kitten. After a not so nice experience at a different local animal hospital, we brought him here. Dr. Hinds and staff are wonderful!!! Our dogs had been here a few months before, and Dr. Hinds took the time to carefully examine each one, as they go everywhere together(14, 8). Left me feeling like I've made a good vet choice after 28 years elsewhere with our previous vet. Thank you, staff, we hope this is the beginning of a long and wonderful telationship with Citrus AH.

09/08/2010 the best clinic in highlands county as far as i am concerned! called answering service on sunday morning with a medical emergency for my 12 year old 4 legged son! 3 minutes later recieved a call back from dr waller!! and had me in to the office 15 minutes !! great service!!! thanks citruis animal clinic!! and for sure doctor waller don locker and henry t

The staff and care they provide is amazing. They are always very helpful, cordial and nice. The Doctors give you the best care not only medical but the way they talk and explain things. You can tell they really love the pets and is not just a job for them. I have been to many other vets and this one is my favorite.

Pet friendly and affordable clinic. I live in Miami and came to Lake Placid to visit family members, who have two German Shepards. The dogs have never been to a vet before and the staff at Citrus accommodated us last minute and were welcoming. Better yet, the price was affordable compared to what I pay for my dog in Miami.

Great Veterinarians. I have Dr. Hinds for my vet. Very knowledgable, and up to date on current procedures, and medications. I am very pleased with his extensive knowledge, and personalized care of my dogs. I had a dog having issues after having puppies. Dr. Hinds called me back promptly, and even came in on a Sunday to make sure everything was fine. Highly reccomend to family and friends.
