Kim is an amazing physiotherapist! The staff are terrific, and the members are helpful and supportive. The gym is clean and well maintained. Thank you for providing me with a safe and healthy environment to restart my fitness program.

We are a 24 hour gym with no contract $0 joining fee $0 cancelation fee .We offer personal training ,classes and group training as well as self defense classes come check us out and see what all we offer and take a tour of our state of the art facility .
