This Lady practices poor communication as a business owner. She cancelled twice on me for two separate days cause she was away from the office . Then she says that she will not be back until the following Monday . Sharon makes me wait a week to then tell me the day she told me she would be back that is was sold . She wrote to me when communicating about the item that no employee could take my payment while she was away, Yet she managed to sell the item before opening time on Monday without even contacting me .... Funny her own employee in front of me told her this man was here last Monday. She had nothing to say but im sorry. NICE WAY TO FOR BUSINESS TO GET BAD WORD OF MOUTH ! The only way to post this is by clicking 1 star, should be a negative star!

I was so impressed with Fred from Delaney Fence today. I called b/c my garage door was broken, Delaney doesn’t do garage doors but that didn’t stop Fred from helping me. He looked up the manual and a video to my type of garage door to help me to get my garage door down, and then he came to my house to troubleshoot the garage door. I appreciate Fred going way out of his way to be helpful and so kind. Thank Fred from the bottom of my heart! Terrie K
