Tire kingdom has excellent staff and the were very fast. I had a flat and had to get 3 new tires they knocked that out in a few hours and called me when it was finished. Very responsive team. I will definitely use them again.

Special thanks to Lemar, Santos, Thomas, and Favio for working hard and banding together to get me in and out as quickly as possible at the tail end of the day. Professional and friendly customer service experienced in interactions with everyone. This was especially commendable considering I went in on Halloween. These gentlemen remained pleasant and cheerful even though they were missing out on holiday festivities.

I had a great experience with the team at this location Thomas initially helped book my appointment and gave me a competitive price. Santos assisted me during my appointment he was attentive and prepared for my arrival. My truck was taken in within minutes of being checked in. One of my lugs broke from previous mechanic who worked on my truck, over tightening them. Santos and his time not only got it off but replaced it for me. Great prices! Smooth install! Comfortable waiting area! Pleasant team to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I went to Tire Kingdom to have 4 new tires installed that I brought with me, aiming to upgrade my new truck for performance and aesthetics. The existing tires on my truck were in excellent condition with only 8,500 miles, and I planned to keep them, as they were practically new. However, when I asked for them back, I was told they were "expired" and no reputable shop would reinstall them.
This didn’t feel right, so I insisted on taking my old tires with me. After checking the date code myself, I confirmed they were, in fact, not expired. I was disappointed and concerned about the inaccurate information, and it left me questioning the shop's honesty and motives. It felt like an attempt to keep the tires for resale or other uses. I’m glad I didn’t take their word for it, but the experience left me with serious doubts about their business ethics.

Excellent level of service recently that I received from Santos. He explained what options were available regarding tire replacement and made the process look very easy. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants tires replaced.

Not A big fan of this location. I had two brand new tires put on my Honda SUV a few days ago. The alignment is COMPLETELY off. I did not agree to an alignment just wanted new tires and balancing however the steering wheel should not be this misaligned. It's a mess. The front sales person/kid was fooling around and cursing in the garage area with the technician who was placing my tires on my car. I'm watching this through the glass like -really? A bit on the unprofessional side. I don't like horsing around when someone is working on my car. This is the reason I go to the dealership. I'll be heading back to my own dealership to get in alignment and fix this problem. I tried to call two times to Tire kingdom and they don't pick up the phone. there's a reason you save money at these places.

Wanted to get new brakes and rotors on a 2022 Kia forte , told me it would be 1300$ if I wanted to go anywhere else .they told me they had the best price anywhere , also told me a full set of brakes and rotors were 600$ looked on google and there half that. Also they got bought out by a company so if you have an alignment package or something else it may be voided now.

Came in to get 4 new tires today they were able to squeeze me in even though I didn't have an appointment.From the moment I arrived Miranda was extremely kind and helpful superb customer service ? Overall a great experience.
