“Could not recommend Mark enough. So nice to have a mechanic i can trust now. I dropped off my 2022 Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to him how the last time i took it to the dealership (i95 Nissan - would NOT recommend) they told me I had a damaged strut and was leaking break fluid. They quoted me at over $2000 to fix it.
Mark checked out each strut and break (even took me back and physically showed me) they were in perfect condition. Safe to say I’m taking my cars to him from now on and feel great knowing I have a reliable guy that knows what he’s talking about and is trustworthy. Could not recommend him more for anybody in the area looking for a mechanic.”

When my husband's tire went flat, I was nervous because I didn't know where to go. The other places (large companies) are always dishonest. I did a quick search and found Tikal Used & New Tires. “Pete’s great reviews are well deserved. I thought I was going to die on the way to work since my car was shaking so badly. I took it right in since he was nearby and I got so lucky. Right away I could tell Pete was a good guy. He worked me in under his busy schedule and found what others missed- a broken right axle. He was communicative throughout the whole process and quoted me a great price. I’ll be telling everyone I know about him. “I recently took my car to this shop for an issue with my power steering. I have an electric system and it looked like I would have to take it to the dealer for a diagnosis. The tech hooked it up to the computer to see what the issue was. I had gotten a new battery 5 days earlier and it was not sufficient to support the system on my car and it was dead. They recommended a better battery, I went and swapped it out. Issue resolved.
We have taken our cars there for 3+ years. They are always fair, honest and in almost all cases have made any repairs within the same day.
This place is definitely a rare find nowadays. And in just this one instance I would guess they saved me several hundreds of dollars.”
