I had a great experience with this company. I was able to save over $53,000 thanks to Rafa and the laser professionals!! They were able to fix my Morpheus8 handpiece when the manufacturer said it needed to be replaced! I am so happy with this company and their customer service!!

We (WestonHCG Center) called Rafael to fix our two Laser Machines, and he came as soon was possible and did an awesome and efficient job. Very nice person and even better technician, our machines are working like brand new.Thanks to this company. Very recommended

This company is amazing! I needed service on my laser and wasn’t sure who to go to. Call to find out if I could get someone to work on it. To my surprise, they had a client in the area and dropped in to see if we were in need of repairs. was so convenient and super easy to get my laser updated and also repaired some hand pieces that needed updating and repairs.Initially, I was worried how I was going to get my laser to them. Such a convenient experience since they came to me!They are very knowledgeable on all manufacturers devices, and very reasonable.

Frank is amazing. I am a spa owner and NP and I love my lasers. I do not love the salesman, warrantees and repair hassles. Frank is my new best friend. Every spa owner needs a third party laser technician in their corner. I’m glad he was referred to me!

We initially reached out to The Laser Professionals to get a quote to repair some power supplies for our business. Spoke to Frank on the phone and he was friendly and very knowledgeable about our equiptment. He took the time to explain the process of what needed to be done for our repairs and roughly how long it would take. His technicians were friendly and finished the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Upon meeting with him at the office to pick up our repaired power supplies, we noticed he had some lasers and other equiptment for sale. I've been curious about cool sculpting so he let me test out one of their Cool tone machines (used for muscle therapy and repair). It was very easy to understand/operate and the machine had multiple different settings to treat different areas of the body. To say the least, I definitely felt a difference after the first treatment. I was really interested in the machine and all the benefits that come along with muscle stimulation treatment but not quite sure if we wanted to commit to buying it just yet. I told him I was interested but skeptical so he let us try it out for a week for free. A week later after our free trial ended we decided to purchase it from the company. I have to say I'm satisfied with the repairs to our power supplies and thrilled to have the opportunity of trying out the Cool tone before purchasing it. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and plan to use them again for any future repairs (or purchases!)

If I can give them 100 stars, I would. First of all, very professional and responsive from the start of the phone call. Frank was kind enough to trouble shoot my issue over the phone prior to me sending in the hand piece. He is very familiar and competent in this field and resolved the issue. Prior, I received quotes over the phone and got a $5000 to $7000 figure to fix the issue and was asked to mail in the hand piece. Thank God for Frank. He was a life saver. He saved me a big headache and a lot of money. We need more honest and professional people like Frank in this industry. Thank you again Frank for your kind and humanitarian gesture to take the extra step and make a world of a difference.If you are looking for an honest, professional and affordable company, look no further!

I want to start my review by saying that hiring a technician to work on a cosmetic laser is a very very delicate decision and finding the right person is crucial, the first time I spoke with Frank was a few months ago and he answered many technical questions through a phone call . A month ago I had a problem with my laser equipment. I called them to schedule a visit. The wait to solve the problem was more than a week, but it was really worth the wait. Mr. Tano is a genius and has a high level of knowledge about the operation of this equipment. Two weeks have passed and the equipment is working perfectly after the adjustments. We want to thank The Laser Professionals for their great service.

Horrible customer service, I have attempted to make an appointment with them and they no showed the first time, I gave them a second chance and again, another no show. They never pick up their phone. Do no waste your time with this company
