After my car was stolen Roxanne from Juan Williams agency assisted me through the entire process. Roxanne made the process effortless. With Roxanne’s assistance the weight of the process was totally removed from my shoulders. I was in the process of shopping around for a new company for my auto and home owners insurance which as you know can be very stressful especially last minute. This team did an amazing job in relieving all of the stress that I had! Mary was kind, sweet, professional and helpful! Nikki was incredible she walked me through every step and taught me so much that I wasn't even aware of. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. Nikki went above and beyond! I haven't experienced customer service at this incredible level in a while! I would definitely recommend this team to everyone! You will not regret it! Thank you once again for a phenomenal job!

Every time I make an appointment to visit this agency I am greeted wholeheartedly by Lindsey and Roxana in service and Mary in sales. They immediately help with my questions and do a thorough job in meeting my needs. I am very satisfied with this insurance office!

I canceled my policy 3 months ago and continue to be auto billed from my checking account. After noticing that I had been billed twice since my cancelation I called the office. The office asked that I fax documentation of my new policy. I did this the same day and followed up with the agent who told me a refund check would get to me within 3 weeks. I patiently waited for over month before I was charged again. When I saw the latest charge I called the office. The agent used a very hostile tone with me. Because I believe we all deserve an opportunity to correct our behavior I asked that she direct her frustration away from me and toward the person in the office who is responsible for this situation. She apologized and told me she would follow up with the person responsible. I again sent documentation to the office and the agent told me she would cancel the policy and turn off the auto pay. I asked when I would expect a refund. She could not answer that. I told the agent that I wanted to escalate my complaint. She told me there was no one to escalate to. I questioned that. She insisted that she is the one who would fix the issue. The agent assured me she would contact me the following Monday to tell me when I could expect a refund. Monday afternoon came and I heard nothing from the office. I called and was sent to voicemail. At this point I called the State Farm 800 number. After 40 minutes on the phone I was told I would be transferred to Juan Williams directly. I was put on hold and my call was received be an office agent who told me Juan was not available. I insisted that I was already in contact with the regional office and that Juan was told I was being transferred. No one wanted to transfer me to Juan. I insisted multiple times before my call was transferred to Juan's voicemail. After leaving a message I called the 800 number again to file a complaint. I was given an email address and nothing more. No name or number as to who I was contacting. I sent an email and have still not heard back from the State Farm regional office about my complaint. Juan did call back after 4:00 today. He had no information about when I would expect a refund. He instead tried to explain away his offices shortcomings. He stated that there is no way for him to refund me. In fact, he told me the same thing the agent said. That was "I can not just write you a check from my own account". I asked why they can take money from mine but not write one from theirs. This was met with cold silence. I am a full month and a week since my initial complaint. I contacted the office last week and expected some clarity by the end of day Monday. Still nothing. At this time I am exhausted by this experience. There is so much more that I do not have the energy to put into words. Hours have been wasted and money has been taken and withheld from me for months. I hope this saves someone time and frustration in the future. Chad

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with this location/agency. I attempted to cancel a life insurance policy and felt frustrated and unhappy with the communication and inaccurate feedback I received on multiple occasions. It seemed that my request was not respected as various employees I spoke with attempted to make me feel anxious and insecure regarding my decision to cancel the policy. It was a much lengthier process than it needed to be at the expense of my time and efforts. Due to my disappointment, I will not be recommending State Farm to any friends or family in the future.

Excellent Staff, I am glad to know when I need assistance the staff is there to help. Roxy has been delightful. We've had a few changes to our policies and incidents that has occured over the years. Roxy was more than helpful to guide us in the right path.
