“I recently shopped at the Skechers Factory Outlet and had a very positive experience. Simon, one of the salespersons, was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. When my size was not available on the floor, he went into the stockroom to see if he could find me a pair. He was very polite and personable and made every attempt to find me the sizes that I needed. I needed help finding shoes that I could walk in daily and not lose my balance i have arch issues that cause my balance problems so a very friendly and helpful worker her name was nelly was great to me she suggested schechers arch fit technology shoes to support my arch whilst supporting my balance keeping my posture aligned. so I would stop loosing my balance and she was right. “From start to finish I had an amazing experience at this Adidas store. There staff was helpful as I was struggling with a temporary walking disability. They took my items I was purchasing up to the front while I continued shopping. Then, they made sure I was informed of the Hero’s discount (medical professionals, first responders, nurses, military members, and teachers) get 15% off at the Adidas outlet store.
