Purchased my first car at 19 here. Logan was kind and helpful, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. He even spent 10 minutes walking in the rain trying to find screws to fit the plate on my new car. Everyone is kind and the whole process is effortless.

From the moment I walked in the door I was seen and taken care of by Anthony! He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding many different models based upon my personal lifestyle and budget preferences. He was able to provide me with some excellent suggestions and went the extra mile to make sure I was ecstatic with my purchase! Dropped off vehicle Thursday morning. Saturday afternoon, haven’t heard anything. I called, no updates. I called again Monday morning, and was told I would get a call back, nothing, no call back. Took an Uber to the dealership, met with the service guy, said tech was just now pulling the vehicle in to get serviced. All I needed was an oil change. 2.5 hrs later, they said they are charging my battery, still no oil change. I said please give me my keys, I need to leave. I’ll never be taking my vw here again. Super unorganized, too busy and terrible service.

I never write Google reviews, but my terrible experience with the VW service department deserves one.
I dropped my car off last Thursday night for an appointment the following Friday morning. I never got a call Friday to give me any update. I tried to reach them Friday and Saturday multiple times and never got ahold of anyone. Finally spoke to someone Saturday who said someone would call me in 30 min with an update, and they never did. I showed up in person Saturday afternoon to find out the car hadn’t even been looked at yet and got no information. I waited all Monday, never got a call or update. Tried to call 3 times Monday and no one returned my call. Finally, I showed up Monday night to simply pick up my car to take it somewhere else since clearly they weren’t getting it done, and my service advisor Thomas was standing around chatting with other workers.
I took my car to another place to evaluate the noises happening, and within 10 min of being there was told there was no oil in the car….while Volkswagen had done a full inspection of the car (including the oil) just 2 months prior, saying the oil was fine.
I do not trust the VW service department, and nor should you.

Wilson went above and beyond taking care of me and my Touareg .. I was on vacation and had company visiting so my time was limited being the director of entertainment for them ! .. Had the mechanics do a scan which was exactly what I knew was wrong N0x sender ... Ordered Part and I was out of there within an hour. Wilson contacted me when the part was in and arranged a loaner
Now for the bad side... Not long after that I had coolant and engine oil leaking to the upper reservoir.. I was told by my service assistant Cindy after the car was inspected that it was a flange in front of the engine... And saying this was not being covered by the diesel gate warranty... $2,800 for a repair... Then within 6 months my engine went bad compression in cylinders. Volkswagen replaced the engine under the diesel gate warranty... When I question ed the $2,800 that I spent I was told it had nothing to do with the failures of the engine which Volkswagen was replacing.. I should have taken them to court.
Additionally I was at the dealership 2 weeks ago inquiring about a CPO... I was offered $1,000. Dollars for it on a trade.. 2013 VW Touareg Executive 168,000 mi pristine condition with 7,000 miles on the engine that was installed at the dealership...
