So I got up early because I made an appointment to have my car looked at Schumacher Chevrolet in North Palm Beach. Made the appointment for 8:00 in the morning cuz I had a check engine light on the Corvette. I get there and they basically say oh you can't wait you'll have to leave it It might not even be looked at today. I said to the guy but I talked to the scheduler and she told me I'd be the first appointment. Basically he told I was going to have to leave it. So I left. I called Wallace up in Stuart where I bought the thing hoping I might be an appointment in the next couple days and she says can you get here by 9:00? I said "You mean 9:00 this morning?" She said yes. So I hiked myself right up there and I'm waiting to get it fixed right now. The people couldn't be nicer.

Within five minutes of being at Schumacher VW I was impressed. Noam was my sales associate, and I knew if I was going to buy a car it would be with him. He was so knowledgeable, and kind. Noam was also very patient, as I had to go back a few times with my baby! He was always easy to contact, and easy to communicate with. The financial assistant I worked with was also amazing! This has been the best car buying experience I have had. My 2024 VW Atlas is perfection and I am so beyond happy with how everything went. Thank you all!

Just for the record, there has still been no update from these people regarding anything with my vehicle. They never fixed anything. Only difference between this review and the last one is that now, for over a year, the car has been sitting with a blown engine and I'm still making payments on the car. I will never buy another Volkswagen, period, and I will surely never buy from any dealership under the Schumacher name either. I'll never recommend them to anyone, and if I ever hear anyone say they're considering buying from this group, I'll go into extreme detail about how terrible this place is.

Noam Shmueli helped me with my lease. He was very helpful, friendly and quick because I didn't have much time. I left very happy with the experience I had and my new car! I would highly recommend him! :)

I've purchased several luxury cars over the years from Mercedes to Tesla. The absolute BEST customer service was provided by Noam Shmueli at Shumacher Volkswagen in Palm Beach Gardens Fl. He is always available to answer questions weeks after I purchased the car, which has not always been the case with previous car buying experience. Job well done Noam!

Told oil change would be on hour. 3 hours later it was done. Service rep good enough but the plant stinks. I wrote a detailed review that took a half hour to write accurately. I guess it had too many negatives. When I submitted it it erased and said review not found. Do not believe what they say. Asking five other people waiting what they were told all said one hour wait. Some had been there longer than I had. I had been client of Schumacher for over 30 yers both for sales and service. I have "unjoined the family,Chuck"

After visited a few other dealerships, we made final purchase at Schumacher Volkswagen of North Palm Beach. This is an above 5 star VW dealership, my daughter is super happy with her very first car, Tiguan, We are very pleased with the sale consultant Yonatan Gonzalez, he is very professional, patient, informative, knowledgeable, kind and know everything what my daughter asked based on her interest. The purchase process is very smooth. The entire crew in this dealership is superior, sales manager Andy is trustworthy, the other sale consultant Noam is very helpful too. The dealership environment is nice, spotless, welcoming. We appreciate your excellent customer service and are considering 2nd VW purchase soon!

Troy McGhee was the best salesman to work with. I'm lucky he came up to help me when I walked in. Troy went out of his way to find me the exact car I was looking for - model, color and safety features. He also spent extra time to get me hooked up digitally to the car after I bought it. Super helpful, friendly, and professional. If you want to make an appointment with someone, make it with Troy McGhee!

I regret buying my car from Schumacher VW on Northlake Blvd. Truthfully, I love my Jetta; It is now 6 months old and I needed to have service and not one advisor picks up the phone; the service manager didn't even get back to me after leaving a message. I just left a message for the GM. I should have read all the Yelp reviews before I bought my car which of course during warranty period I would get services there. Not answering messages is not acceptable. Not getting a simple tire repair approval from the insurance company should not take a week. Messages were left for the following people who did not get back to me: Denis (advisor) and Joseph Bardo (service mgr) (and I just left a message for the GM).Go to another dealership to get your car serviced.

Walked into the dealership about 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday, sadly due to my work schedule is was the only time I could come. I was coming into the dealership thinking to buy a car on the spot, but that wasn't the case. I told the sale rep the car I wanted although he said the Manager had it. The Manager took it for personal use and took it home (guessing it does it regularly based on the sales rep guy). We asked if the Manager could drop off the car so we can look at it and he put words in the Managers mouth without even calling him and he said, "he wouldn't drive 30 minutes just to drop it off." Nice. We spent like 2 minutes awkwardly looking at each other until he said "What do you want to do?" After a few minutes later of talking. He said "can I take your information?" I feel like that should have been the first question. He took the car to the back to get a quote on a trade-in, they said it was worth under 11k, but Car Max offered $12k for it. Seems weird, but ok. You'd think they would be in my interest to keep me within the brand/company, I guess not? After getting the quote he said that they have no incentives for buying a car nor staying with the brand. My sister was here and mentioned to the sale rep, "so if he does choose this car, will it discounted for all the miles the Manager drove it?" He said no, and if you're worried about anything he's done to the car then that's not the car for you and we can find you a different car." But... That's the car I want though? Haha Manager could've had fun with his wife in the car, put over 100+ miles on the car, most likely red lined the car top speed, tires are most likely messed up and expects me to pay full price on now a used car that's not considered a Demo car, but a personal car? I came into the dealership giving my business to a company that I've been with for 5 years now and get treated like nothing. "Schumacher, come join the family." More like getting treated like an ugly step-child. Following 2 days later. The Manager nor the sale rep does not call me about the car to check up on if I want to see it in person or not. The sale rep wasn't rude although this dealership had no interest in selling a car or cared for my business once I walked in.
