Went to have my car serviced drop car off at 7:30 oil this is 45 minutes from my house, but I brought it here cause I purchased my car here the second Corvette I purchased after two phone calls and no answer and then a text and no answer. I proceeded to drive down hoping my car would be completed arrived at 4:40 still not completed, but was done by like 530 then I received a car that look like this then as I sit waiting for my car, two of the workers are talking I got this guy transmission warranty, but they only paid $4500 as they proceeded to laugh. I really blanked him on the labor charging him over $300 an hour and packing the labor, and they laughed over and over just didn’t give me a good feeling about ever coming back here for service and really thinking about where I will buy my next vehicle

couldn't be happier with the service team, from Mike Fox my service advisor who keep me informed the entire time as he said he would to the mechanics that installed my new motor which so far is running like a dream, I would highly recommend Schumacher for top end service and I would definitely recommend asking for Mike Fox to be your service advisor. thanks for the upmost perffesional work done to my vehicle

Oh my gosh!!! Had such a great experience buying a car with Schumacher!! Yousef was our sales rep and he went above and beyond!!! So helpful and lord was he patient. Petrov helped finish it up in finance and again, a very patient man!!! Definitely would recommend looking here for your next car.

I was so excited to buy a car and I thought buying a car would have been a happy and exciting experience. That is NOT what I got from Schumacher. Purchasing a brand new 24 traverse there was two dents in the hood, I was told to bring it back Friday morning at 8:30 to meet with the gentleman I’ve been dealing with, upon arriving I walked greeted by the manager Chris Wasek, he told me Alvaro wouldn’t be there for a bit, or any of his other employees due to traffic on the highway. Chris asked what my issue was and I proceeded to tell him that I purchased this car and there are two dents in the hood and for a car that I was told was detailed twice there was something sticky in the cup holders and sand on the dashboard. He then told me to wait in the waiting areas and he’ll go have a look, once returning he told me there was really nothing that could be done because service is backed up and I’d have to make an appointment, not knowing when I could been seen. This manager made me feel as if I was an inconvenience and interrupted his day, when I asked him for a water he had someone else bring me a warm bottle, as I sat around with no update and two small children for nearly two hours i was finally told that I’d be given a loaner and i wouldn’t have my car back until Tuesday, hopefully. This has been the absolute worst service and experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Today I left the dealership completely upset and unhappy. Sammy the finance manager was the absolute best part about this experience, Alvaro worked hard trying to make my experience better but unfortunately this just wasn’t a overall great experience.

I recently purchased a 2022 GMC Yukon from Don Myers at Schumacher North Palm, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Don's professionalism and genuine care for his customers were evident.

His transparency and honesty were greatly appreciated, and I felt confident that I was making the best financial decision!

This has been the most professional car buying experience I’ve ever had. Has been an awful experience! Bought a new car with a host of issues within 24 hours of driving off the lot, which I understand is not the fault of the dealership, but they have been downright unresponsive through our process!!! The car is in the shop for a third time and over 40 days spent with them, they said they are in talks with GMC but they will not answer calls or emails about the status of the buyback or status of the car WE OWN! They have been contacted by the Better Business Bureau with no response still! Awful customer service we've received and and absolute nightmare scenario perpetuated by them. We've been told by experts in this field that their unresponsiveness is unprecedented and to not consider buying a car from them. A lot of good friends also did not have great things to say. Nobody should consider conducting business with them if they even have a slight chance of this.

We live in North Carolina and had a very hard time finding the vehicle we wanted. We were blessed to get in touch with Anthony Orio. Not only did he give us a great deal but he stayed in consistent communication throughout the process. I was hesitant to buy a car sight unseen and have it shipped across states lines but Anthony put us at ease and the car showed up exactly as advertised. It's evident that he cares about his customer's experience and I would not hesitate to do business with Anthony again. I would also recommend him for any out of state transaction's if you find yourself in a similar situation.
