Awful. Just awful. Traded in our 2021BMW for a 2023 ZR2; the transaction resulted in a difference (owed to us) of just under $15,000. This purchase was on 12/14/23 and we drove the new 2023 ZR2 home that night (it was a Thursday). Saturday morning (less than 48 hrs later) the entire computer module was dead; not displaying ANYTHING when the car turned on. Clearly, undriveable. Called the salesperson and brought the car into the dealership for 'service'...we also purchase the ceramic coating so instead of taking the truck back that Tuesday 12/19, we dropped it off Saturday 12/16. Fast forward to January 5th, we JUST got the car back this afternoon. Important to point out that we had to H O U N D the service department to keep up with the status of our truck. Monday, December 18th, I called to check on our 'check' and was put off until that Thursday when "RYAN" called to 'discuss' whatever issue I had with Schumacher. Seriously? I had the entire phone call on SPEAKER phone in my office and everyone in my office heard the phone call and everything he said. We were all shocked at how rude and disrespectful he was on the phone. Issue #1 - our brand new truck with 6 miles on it, failed within 48 hours. Issue #2 - no one, but no one at Schumacher would get our check to us...we called repeatedly to pick up the check and our salesperson actually told us that it could take WEEKS. Ridiculous. I am sure Schumacher doesn't wait weeks for their down-payment on car transactions. Issue #3 - trying to get ANYONE from the service department to communicate any status update on the truck was impossible. I am sure the phones make outgoing phone calls, but the service department/advisors just do not care to communicate at all. Even to call every couple days to say that they received a part, that part didn't fix the problem and they're trying something else, etc. Nothing. No communication at all, unless we called them.Issue #4 - Ryan has NO BUSINESS being a general manager of anything involving customers or customer service. He has NO finesse. He is rude, arrogant, hasty, one-sided and arrogant. NO business talking with customer's who are needing 'help' with their car transaction. Worst experience. Needless to say, (after purchasing THREE CARS in 2023) we will NEVER EVER purchase a car through Schumacher. Worst experience ever. For the record, we purchased a car in April 2023 at Braman in Jupiter (awesome experience) and a new car from Hollywood KIA in May 2023, they were, by FAR, THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP we have EVER dealt with. Totally worth the drive to Hollywood. Schumacher Chevrolet was TERRIBLE.

Schumacher Chevrolet was phenomenal to work with. Our sales representative, Yaris Martinez was extremely professional and helpful. There were no games, no back and forth and just a straight forward transaction. We easily agreed on a price and the paperwork was immediately put together and within 30 minutes we were signing and on our way. This car was purchased for my mother who just moved to Florida from Ohio and she could not be more thrilled and excited with her new car. She still smiles every time she talks about it or tells someone about her new car.

Dropped my vehicle off to get worked on. Get a notification its moving (I have a tracker) just for it to end up almost 30 minutes away at a house. If you ask me that is weird and I will be contacting corporate.

I recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe at Schumacker Chevrolet of North Palm Beach and had an incredible experience, thanks to leasing consultant John Graner. From the fisrt text message to the moment I arrived at the dealership, John's attentiveness and support were remarkable. He took the time to understand my needs, provided expert guidance, and patiently answered all my questions. The finance process was well-explained and effortless, with no hidden surprises (Thank you Sammy Hernandez). The dealership kept its word and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend John and the dealership for their outstanding service.

My vehicle was towed to Schumacher on Monday for an appointment for service/repair, and my first update/estimate was on Saturday.

The Schumacher tagline is "come join the family." Based on my recent traumatic, near death experience, this is no family you want to join. For your safety and peace of mind, I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. Schumacher does not care that my husband and I had a wheel come off while driving down the interstate after they serviced our Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. We sat in the middle of the turnpike between north bound and south bound traffic with our 2 German shepherds for 2 hours waiting for help and praying not to get hit by traffic. After numerous attempts to reconcile the issue, they still refuse to take ownership of their mistake. If you're looking for a dealership that truly cares about your safety and well-being, keep looking because this is not the place.

Please do not go to this business for service. I brought my car here that is a leased vehicle with a little over 22K miles. I had just taken the vehicle to trade it in at a different dealership but the terms didn't work out for the new loan. So this vehicle was inspected and I had it washed a few days before and the tires had thread. Not only that, 5K miles earlier which is around 5 months I took the vehicle to this dealership for warranty tire work and wasn't advised the tires are getting low on thread. Not to mention the warranty company would not have paid for the repair of the thread was really low.Today I was told tires at 22k miles are bald. The tires didn't even look like the tires I drove in here with. The manager gave me some story that the tires were manufactured before my vehicle was made as if that means those tires were mine, I hardly drive which is why a 3 year vehicle only has 22k miles. Please air on the side of caution like I wish I had an go somewhere else. GMC, Cadillac or any GM dealer can handle your service without you having the remorse I do in going to this vehicle. For your own peace of mind and what will essentially save you money please go somewhere else. If I drive so little that this car is that below the mileage it should have do you really think the tires would be bald now that should have last another 25K in miles. Something is wrong and all these 1 star reviews can't be wrong!

I have a 2022 Chevy Tahoe purchased one year ago from Schumacher on Northlake Dr. I got a simple recall notice saying my vehicle has a faulty seatbelt buckle in the 3rd row and to contact the Service Dept for free repair. I called Service and am told I need to make a Saturday AM appointment because I get out of work too late during the week to stop by at 2 PM. I make my appointment and I got two emails and a text message confirming the appointment. Yay!Service Department told me the Saturday appointment would take about 10 minutes for the Technician to see if the seatbelt was faulty and if so, it could take up to a 2 hour window to fix it. Okay! I arrive 30 minutes early (0800 AM) for my 0830 Saturday appointment. I am 4th vehicle in line waiting for Check-in. The service booth attendant is in kind of a grumpy mood complaining to me that "it's Saturday" and he clearly doesn't want to be at work. As he's pacing between his booth and the first 3 customers I can hear him muttering under his breath "can't fucking believe this..." just loud enough for me to hear it. Now it's my turn to check-in. I tell him the reason for my visit. He tells me I need to leave my car for the whole day. Nope. This is my only ride. I live 10 miles away. I have to wait for my car. He tells me "I only have 2 Tech's working today and I gotta pull one of them away from work to check your car and that's gonna take a while." Not my problem. I told him the Service Dept told me the check would take 10 minutes and if faulty I would be able to wait 2 hours for the replacement part. He then says he wishes the Service Department would stop telling customers this. I told him he should say something seeing how they are his coworkers, not mine. He tells me I have to make an appointment during the M-F work week and I told him I tried but Schumacher said I can't come in after 2 PM and that's why Service told me to come in today. I told him I have a booked appointment now and I want the service. Nope. He told me his technicians had a back log and I had to go elsewhere. He suggested I go find another Dealer or go out of Palm Beach County or even out of state to have the part recall work done. People behind me had to move their vehicles so I could get my car out of the line. The nerve of this guy. He wasn't wearing a name tag but he's the 5'7" bald guy about mid 30's or so. I called the 1-800 customer service # on the safety recall notice to file a complaint. They took my info and gave me a referral number for whatever good that does. The 1-800 guy said he's required to report this to someone in the chain of command. I tried to fill out a customer review on the Schumacher website. All their reviews are set at 5 stars. When I clicked on 1 star to write my review, their website kicked me off their site multiple times. This is terrible customer service.

I'm so sorry I can't put under 1 star.Don't go there, do not, save money, save time.I wanted to buy a truck under 30 000$, this is the money I can spend, I found one a few thousand dollars under, perfect, but they'll never tell you the final cost, never, even if you ask.The financial guy just made us confused with talking about a lot of numbers at the same time, but if question asked by us, never a clean number. It made us sign without looking at the financial pet, they make you call the insurance and insured your vehicle BEFORE you signed the contract.I was up to put some more down payment to reduce the interest but the guy said no, it's a bad idea, of course he wouldn't make that much money!Just so you know the truck costed me 40% more than the original price, I'm about to call a lawyer and I hope we'll put them down, this is a scandal, it's a stealing.I came 2 days after to ask them to take the car back since I drove 20 miles. No cool off time in Florida, they don't care and said that we should have read the contract before. No shame.DO NOT GO THERE, unless you like to be robbed

We spent months looking for the perfect Chevy TrailBoss LT and I am happy we were patient. We spoke to several salesmen from several dealerships over the last few months and the second I spoke to Karen the online representative and she hooked us up with Tom Ford we knew it was worth the wait. Tom was very patient and answered all our questions and was never pushy it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership and if your lucky enough to buy from Tom Ford then you won't go away with anything less then a wonderful experience.

My car has been in the dealership for over a month with no end in sight. The Fuel Pump Power Control Module Assembly on my 2018 Malibu LT is on back order but when I searched for the part it says GM is no longer making that part number 13540017, because that is the problem with 177,000+ 2018 Malibu's. GM has no solution to the car's problem. This is a link consumerreports.org/car-…I will never lease or buy a GM product or deal with the Schumacher Group. I wouldn't even give a star but you know the deal with Yelp.
