The dealership has a Sales Advisor named Yousef Mahmoud who treats you like family. It was a busy Saturday morning and Yousef dedicated his time to help me select a new car. There were several to choose from on the lot and he took the time without rushing me to find the right car for me. He listened attentively to my needs and budget. Once I decided which car I wanted, he made the purchasing as simple yet detailed as possible. He made sure I understood all the features of the car, OnStar and My Buick app. Once the financing was complete he checked the detailing of the car for delivery and reviewed all the features again. He called and emailed me to follow up if I had any questions about my new Buick. Yousef is an asset to the dealership. I highly recommend anyone to request him when purchasing a car or truck.

The service is fine, my car seems to be working properly but my advisor, AJ Aguilera, was a complete disaster... At some point he stopped answering my emails, he never once answered my calls and, although he told me since the beginning that my car needed to stay longer that one day in the dealership, I asked him how many days would that be aprox, he said "I would say Wednesday, Thursday to be on the safe side". I told him I needed my car by Thursday at 4pm the latest and when he finally decided to answer my email, he said he couldn't promise anything. I had a doctor's appointment that I ended up losing because my car wasn't ready. I went to the dealership that same day to talk to a Manager; he told me my car was going to be ready that day but later and he gave me a rental for the next day. AJ NEVER called me or emailed back when I asked him at what time could I go pick up my car on Friday. When I emailed him, again, on Friday, his response was "your car is ready since yesterday". I knew that much but I was expecting an official communication from my advisor, right? I didn't want to get there and be like "whoops, sorry, something else came up and the car needs to stay a little longer". And by the way, all his emails where written in caps... isn't that the similar as screaming in texting? Anyway, the Manager (Marco) that helped me renting a car for me and making sure my car was ready and the advisor (Jesse) that collected my payment the next day, both were great people and I really appreciate their help. I think I was never disrespectful at any point but they could feel my frustration and I'm very thankful for the way they handled my situation.

My wife; “are you really driving 1:40 from Miami to buy this car? Me; “yes, because these guys are serious and professional, something hard to find in the 305”. Logan Anderson was a pleasure to work with. The price on their website was indeed the actual price of the new Buick, a rare thing to find in Miami. We worked out the numbers over text/email/phone as well as the value of my trade in. In the late afternoon of Labor Day I drove to them, Logan had the car ready, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour. I’ve been buying cars for decades and I’ve never bought one as fast as this. Kudos to Logan and his crew, it was a pleasure to do business there and yes indeed, well worth the long drive and back!

I have tried to give Schumacher the benefit of the doubt many times over the past years but unfortunately my experiences keep drastically getting worse with no sign of improvement. In my 2 most recent experiences they damaged a 1 of 100 ZR1 and denied this until we provided video taken upon dropping off the vehicle, took over a month to get sorted and could never get ahold of anyone in the service department while they had the vehicle. Next I bring in a 2023 GMC Sierra that has a huge water leak coming from the roof, dumping water on me while driving there. I was told upon arrival that a loaner or rental would not be an option anymore due to not making an appointment and to rent my own vehicle. (Next time I will plan for my brand new truck to have a water leak from the roof.) I would not mind finding a solution for transportation for a few days but am told there is no estimated time of completion. I will probably never buy another GM product just because of the service provided at this dealership not the product.
