I purchased a large rainfall shower head from here over five years ago. I had no receipt, but went in to talk about my options, not expecting they were responsible for the problem or really expecting much compensation. I spoke with Sam, who looked up my purchase. Before I knew it, he had gone in back and came out with the replacement, sent me home with it and told me to return old one when I changed it out and had time to drop it off. When I did that I noticed the 18” chrome drop was corroded around the threads. Sam replaced that as well free of charge and without any hassle. His company went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. A first class company to say the least. Won’t be going anywhere else to purchase anything.

We enjoyed our experience at the store and felt that we bought a good product. It was not cheap all together with installation and delivery we spent roughly $3,000.00. When the installer came out to put the vanity into place he noticed that the back splash that came with the vanity was cut to the wrong size. The installer was not able to install the back splash. He had already charged me 450 dollars to install the vanity and now was going to have to charge me a additional 100 dollars to come back out to install the back splash. When I called the store they asked me to bring the back splash back to the store even though I had already paid for delivery. I told them that would prefer to have it delivered since I already paid for the service and they said it would be another week before it could be delivered. I asked about the additional costs to install the back splash that was not my fault and they said they would not be able to do anything to compensate me for their mistake. When I spend this amount of money on a product I expect better customer service. I give them a 6 stars for the product and 2 stars for customer service.

The guys at Royal Bath are Awesome! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but their service is great. I was in a bind with a handyman upgrading my showers. The guys at Royal Bath made sure I had everything I needed, and even sent a driver up to me with the parts so we could complete the job quickly. Chris even spent time talking to my handyman on the phone to explain things. I highly recommend these guys.

I came to Royal Bath Place because of the great reviews. Worst customer service I ever see on my life don’t deal with those people. I was expecting to spend thousands, but they let me walk out of the store and locked in $0 in sales.
