Stated my fluids were filled and OK. They are NOT filled. Why didn't the technician fill them and why did he write they were filled? Too lazy to check or just didn't care or lied? Which one?

Apparently there are some new people. They scratched my wheels up with the hub cap removal tool, scratched my fenders while under the hood and then denied it. The female shop Forman or manager was not pleasant and could care less it seems. No one else has touched my truck but them. I then reached out to my salesman who sent my info to owner that has never replied. They have lost me as a customer

After purchasing 3 vehicles from Mullinax, and having about all service done on my F250, since purchase, will no longer be a customer. Quick to send you a survey, but got no response about parts left in the vehicle till I called about another problem. Truck was returned with problem it did not have when dropped off. After being told a dozen times by the “manager” how old (2016) the truck is and things break, enough. Longtime customer gone.

I have 2 very problematic issues with my vehicle after bringing it here. One, was to inspect and diagnose engine noise of which parts were replaced and the engine noise improperly diagnosed. Second, parts installed failed after 10,000 miles leaving me stranded at a 3rd party shop. Avoid this place if possible and find another reputable shop.

Good. Caroline is very good. Generally i am apprehensive going to auto dealers for service because of often they do upcharging after u give the vehicle for maintenance service. Not here. Honest. Appreciate that.
