“It was and is always a wonderful experience. It was extremely hot outside and I was there on a mission. Upon arrival I was approached and asked if I needed any assistance? I said no I just want to look at your rocks. I was told if you need any help please just wave at me. I picked which rock I wanted a Yard to be delivered. I also wanted some bags of rock and mulch.Upon paying for my items the cashier was delightful. And actually was able to have I delivered the same day. Excellent! The employee called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. I appreciated that greatly. The gentleman delivering the products was very kind and courteous. Which I definitely appreciated. Asked where I wanted each product placed.I appreciate good customer service. But this is absolutely GREAT service.”

“Just stopped in (after going to a more convenient place to my house in Jupiter ) to look for planters .I always love Bushel Stop , but don’t want to take the extra time , but this place is worth it !!!! There were so many planters and planter colors to chose from . Their plant section is incredible and the staff is always on hand to help you and are knowledgeable and friendly . Big plus!!”
“Shoppers should check online first to see if the item is in stock and where to find it (aisle and bin) to make it easier to find. Then also verify with a store clerk to see if that's the right item since there are similar items. It's still a great place to shop for home improvement.”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”

“Some of the worst help I have seen in the USA so far, I expect it will get worse. Do I have to see the manager to get anything done each entry to this place? Not to mention, are employees supposed to know where items are?? I don’t see evidence that employees havemapped out common items in their head. Each relies on the cell phone, which I can do too. Most seem to slowly get around to anything and seem to be understaffed. Make sure you realize you are ON YOUR OWN HERE. Good luck. However, some bright lights, go see Angie, she happens to know blinds. Once I found her, she took care of things. Dude she worked with was okay too. But you have to find the people that know stuff. I can’t knock the whole store for a few folks, but I’m not. My guess is that this is a retirement community and workers reflect that. There was one other stand out employee that went the extra mile to help find something for us. Not every employee can be a winner.
Edit: So, I have had the pleasure of going into this store at least 8 times in the past week. I reviewed my review and think this may have been a ‘2 off’ or something. They got better so I changed my review. I received better service, ran into more knowledgeable employees and they do not deserve a one star. I changed it to 4. Sometimes, my standards are high but if I worked there, I’d try and memorize the store, not just my department. This may be an impossible standard. I’m not here to ruin people’s days.”
