I was stupid enough to give them another try after 7 years. Nothing has been changed. The service department is a joke. My car has been sitting here for 2 weeks and they didnt do anything to it. A service advisor called me yesterday that my car is ready for pick up. I came in today and I was told that the car is not ready. Then a manager said that my advisor is in the meeting and will call me. After talking to another manager I was told that my advisor is off today. Bunch of liars. Never again!!!

Why does a simple oil change take 6+ hours every time? That's why I stopped using you guys and i even have the car care package but refuse to come back here b/c I dont have 6+ hours to sit around and be without a car. Do better! Nobody wants to sit at a service center or be stuck at home waiting for their car to have regular service done to it. Provide rental cars if you cant provide timely oil changes...

I have rated many places and rarely rate a business poorly. Let me start this by saying this is my opinion and based solely on my experience. Now that I have placed my disclaimer, I will explain. My wife said I would like a toy to drive on weekends. We discussed and decided on a Jeep Wrangler. Not looking for overdone but basic for $20k or less. I love researching and looking for stuff. It's Saturday night and wow I see a deal. Made the mistake of giving my name, phone number and email. The next morning I get an email saying we have a great sale with special incentives if I come today and buy before month end. Two calls and several emails later I have my appointment. The advertised price is $19,445. Well it is under my $20k. Test drive success and interested. Sales person said make an offer there are specials for end of month. Ok I have a few items I need, CARFAX, information on tires (so I can get them replaced after I buy) and the hood needs to be painted. Asked if they may do it. I said let me give you a deposit pending the information. Sorry it has to be inspected before the deposit per salesman. They are going to call Monday afternoon. Great. More calls and emails we want the deal. I'm ready when you are. Here is where it goes south. I made an offer of $18,000. Get a call back that they can't take an offer. Ok I will agree to the $19,445. Advertised Price. Plus tax and tag. Wait my manager said the price is now $21,995. Oh and wait reconditioning fee and dealer fee and more. And $1,100 for paint hood (they said they would do). Manager gets on and said they raised the price but want to do the deal and work with me. Where are the incentives? Raising prices after advertised? This dealer is unethical and possibly doing something illegal as they advertised a price and changed it after I came and drove it. They called and emailed me more. Be VERY CAUTIOUS and CAREFUL if you go there. There are better options in my opinion. They should've ashamed of themselves. After writing this I read some of the other reviews here. Wow it isn't just me. Same thing same Manager. Bait and switch tactics and dishonesty. I also have the texts and emails from them. Including me going through each item saying I want to assure no misunderstandings. Questionable business tactics? You decide. I bought a Lexus a month ago almost 100% over the phone and texts. Delivered to me and exactly the price advertised. Funny how different it can be. Clearly honesty at Napleton is not the policy. (My opinion).

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. Vehicle needed repair only 3 days after it was bought, sent in and 3 months later nothing is heard still, absolute scammers. Stay clear of this place.

These people has no honesty, integrity, and value of people's time. The low price their vehicles to attract customers. The advertised vehicle is never available when you go to the dealership. They lies about petty much everything. No honesty at all. Eric the sales rep there is a complete joke.

Not one bad thing to say about my experience! My salesman was Seth who was a HUGE help, he made us feel respected, comfortable, and I could tell he was doing everything he could to take care of us. Travis who I believe was a sales manager, was also awesome. He came out and talked to us and I believe he was very honest and told us exactly what he could and couldn't make work. Nathan in finance gets a 5 star review from me as well! Every single person who helped us was respectful and honest. Great experience and left with the vehicle I wanted. Ask for Seth when you go in.

Great dealership with friendly staff. They have an express lane for oil change and tire rotation but you should still make an appointment for that service as they are always busy. I have been here for 2 hours so far and still waiting for my car back as I did not make an appointment. The waiting area at the other Jeep dealerships I have been to usually have freee snacks and beverages - you must pay for snacks and drinks here while you wait. The music is unbearably loud inside the waiting area which made me move my work stuff outside so I could hear myself think. Only down side is there is only 3 seats outside so I am sitting on the floor with no plug to charge my computer. Other than that service department is great.

Bought a 2020 pre-owned charger R/T from this dealership about a month ago. No problems in the beginning, till I was driving on federal highway and the tread of my tire blew out and ripped off half of my bumper. I went to tire kingdom and they told me that the tire was extremely defective and i'm NOT at fault for it. I call them, I first initially get transferred to a salesman. He says he has nothing to do with this, transfers me to the parts department. Guy at the parts department says that he has no control over these things, transfers me to service. Service says they cant do anything without warranty yet the car they sold me had a defective tire and damaged my car. They said theyd transfer me to Dave, the GM and it went to voicemail four times. I got transferred at least six different times to people who had no clue what to do. After, the manager at tire kingdom called, whoever was on the phone said they're not liable for the damage and told me to get in contact with the manufacturer of the tires. Basically telling me to go fuck myself and they're not even gonna take the time out of the day to help me. Nathan and Dave are absolutely no help nor do they care for their customers once the car is sold. Thanks for almost costing me my life! Regardless of me not having warranty, they should still at least help their customer when clearly I did nothing wrong for this to happen.if you buy a car from here make sure they don't sell you defective tires so you spin out on the highway like i did.update : about 8-10k in damage. still haven't helped me.

Not happy, they never fly flag at half mass. They didn't even do it for Queen Elizabeth gave the excuse was broken. Come on by now this dealership can't fix this problem Why would you trust this this company that can't respect the orders of the president. Even next door neighbor McDonald's did? Wow totally disappointed!!!!

I'm actually super satisfied with this dealership. I woke up one morning with that itch to have a reliable vehicle to work out of. I saw some listings online and I figured what the hell let me go check it out in person, see if it's something I like. Ended up working with salesman Carl Bilotti and manager Cody Sasek and to be honest, they kept it real. The vehicle I saw online was unfortunately not available due to some technical issues but it was okay, they had some other excellent vehicles onsite that grabbed my eye. Carl was awesome he did not try to b.s. me, it was very comfortable experience. He even let me test drive the vehicle all by my self which I appreciate. I did not feel rushed in the test drive and I really got to check out the features at my own pace with no anxiety. That was smart because I was hooked, it was exactly what I was looking for.. not to fancy but brand new, and economical.I said to myself, what the hell let me see some numbers. This is where I was thrown off.. they handed me a sheet of paper with general ball park numbers, they were a bit high. I was disappointed. Now enters Cody, he heard I was upset by the numbers and he explained to me that this was just general non-discriminatory pricing they give everyone. At this point I was ready to walk out it was a bit more than I expected but.. Cody saved the day. He has a great attitude and he kept it so real with me. I could just tell by his tone he wanted to broker me a good deal. At first I did not want to check my credit and give myself a hard inquiry if there was another deal out there at a different dealership. Cody all cool and collect, very calmly explained to me that this credit check wouldn't affect my credit score like I thought it would. He convinced me to run an application so they could give me real numbers to look at.. and I'm glad I did. I told him I wanted to keep the payment under a certain price and he knocked it out of the park, it was like 50$ cheaper than I budgeted. I had fair credit like a little under 700. Cody and Carl handed me an offer I just couldn't refuse, at a time like this I was impressed. Truthfully I wasn't even trying to buy a vehicle that day and I was going to leave with the quote. Cody was smart, he wanted to close the deal and he knew I was self employed. He offered me a spray in bed liner free of charge if I closed the deal right then and I just couldn't say no. Great job guys I give you 5 stars easy, I couldn't be happier with my brand new 2023 ram 1500. Let me not forget to include Jennifer in financing, she really gave me all the right coverages. Extended bumper to bumper warranty plus service package for the life of the loan. This really simplified my purchase and gave me ease of mind that I will have a very reliable vehicle for a looong time. If you're actually in the mind set to get a new vehicle during 2023 definitely check them out. A+

(Updated it got worse) The sales manager Seth Freeman has zero integrity. He is a dishonest person who is truly just trying to take advantage of you. The things he has the sales staff do is unethical at best and sometimes illegal. He runs the scummiest car dealership in Florida. That's the short version. If you want the details keep reading. I had a very similar experience as many others on here. They false advertise a price online then get you in the dealership and add 10k dollar reconditioning fees for maintenance they didn't do. They actually have a huge lawsuit from the FTC for doing that very thing. Well to make it worse my wife and I left that Friday after they wouldn't get rid of the made up fees. We were disappointed and really wanted the car. I get a call from Seth Freeman the sales manager that I was actively negotiating with on Friday saying he was sorry and wanted to make it right. I was reluctant but he said he'd send me over some numbers and the deal was excellent. No more fees just a price, tax tag and title, and normal dealership fee. I told him I'd give him a call tomorrow when I get back in town from work and schedule a time to come back down there. He said he'd hold the car and seemed truly apologetic. The agreement was I take down the bad reviews that day. Because he was giving me such a good deal and I'm a man of my word I agreed and did it immediately. I felt like he was helping me out so I wanted to help him. I told my wife who was super excited again because we thought it wasn't going to happen. This is where it gets bad. Seth emailed me from another persons email so I had no direct contact. I called the dealership. They said he wasn't in the office. For 3 days I sent emails and called. Seth was in the office the whole time. He was telling the people who work under him to lie to me. He had someone else coming in to buy the car and didn't want to tell me. I find it incredibly hurtful that he called me set up a deal and then completely went back on it. The worst part was he wasn't even willing to call me or speak to me. I still haven't spoken to him. Seth Freeman is a liar and coward. Has zero integrity and this is why this dealership has the reputation that it has. I do have to add that Amie in customer care was nice. She told me Seth was there and told me the car was being sold. She sent me $300 in gift cards as an apology. I feel bad for her because Seth and the sales staff must make her job so difficult. I attached the proposal he sent from someone else's email.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would never again make a purchase from this place. Scott Steiner Donald macain. This whole place have been the worst experience ever. They will never earn my business again again. Been waiting on my car for over and month and today still haven't received it and I did the order OCT 6. I advise people to stay away from this place.
