I purchased a certified preowned mustang from Mullinax and had an absolutely amazing experience. Being a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars it can be a little intimidating walking into a car dealership to make a purchase, I have never felt more comfortable and taken care of at a dealership before. I have bought several cars before from other dealerships but never on my own. Captain Curtis was extremely helpful even before I walked into the dealership, answering all my questions about different cars I was looking at and sending me any info I needed. When I got to the dealership (an hour drive from my home), he promptly showed me the car I was interested in and when I decided to purchase walked me through every step and explained everything. Jeremy then went over all the contract and warranty info with me and was also very helpful making decisions. Their honesty and completely transparent way of doing business at Mullinax is refreshing and I would recommend them to anyone. :) Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and all seemed to throughly enjoy working at Mullinax.

I've bought two vehicles here. I like their sales approach. I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics or any other car buying games like I have at other dealers. I'll come back again.

Tiffany was super helpful from the first time I picked up the phone to inquire about the vehicle! Buying a vehicle is usually a draining experience but Tiffany and Mullinax made it INCREDIBLY SMOOTH! I highly highly recommend Mullinax and if you don’t know who to work with ask for Tiffany!

Thank you Captain Curtis for everything you did to help us purchase and build our new truck 2024 Expedition, and you helped keep us informed through the whole process. My husband and I are very happy with our new truck. You're very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail. I appreciate everything you all did to help including the finance manager (sorry his name slipped my mind) he helped us with financing also explained everything and helped us to make our decision on how we wanted to finance and the length, also knowledgeable. We were very happy with our buying experiance at Mullinax. No dealer fee brought us in 3 years ago but that and the great sales people brought us back( Ronald butts and Dale Lopez). We were treated very well.
