Was a seamless experience which is what I have come to expect from Mullinax. Shout put to Rene for helping me with the process! Only minor hiccup was when I got the car and started to leave I noticed they did not fill the tank although they said they would but I had enough gas to get home. I will chalk that up to an oversight since everything else was great. Will continue to use Mullinax as my dealer of choice!

Courteous and prompt attention always rendered and the Service Advisors always answer questions and provide the advice requested.

The lack of communication from the service department is laughable. I have to constantly message for updates and if it wasn’t for the messaging system I wouldn’t even be able to get in touch with my service advisor. Doesn’t answer his phone or return calls if you leave a message. The worst experience I’ve ever had regarding customer service, and I’ve worked in the customer service industry most of my life and have seen it all.
Tony, service advisor, is clueless and called me by the wrong name multiple times.
Josh, service advisor, is rude and impossible to get in touch with. Unprofessional all across the board.

No dealers fees was a plus also Customer service there was excellent Dale was very easy to work with and answered all my questions.

The Mullinax service department is very responsive and they provide excellent workmanship. I have had experiences with other dealers in the area that were not as pleasant. Mullinax offers pick up and delivery service for my vehicle and that is a fantastic feature. They complete repairs when they say they will and provide text updates along the way.

Great experience!!! They came and picked up my car, completed the oil change, and dropped my car off to me at the end of the day. I did not miss one minute of work. It was sooooo helpful!!!

Well, let me start with a nice lady helping me through the disappointment on car #1. Sold before I could get it. After that,
Tiffany Parlor helped me get a second vehicle sent to Mullinax NSB. The 5 stars are for her, and all she did to help me get the second car choice!

Absolutely , the worst customer service i've ever had. I call for an appointment.They tell me the first available appointment is in two months.
When I called the service department the woman hung up on me two times. When I called back a third time she had me on hold for over 30 minutes. Mind you, my truck is six months old and cost over 90k. The worst customer service i've ever experienced.

This is in response to owners statement.
I've owned Fords since 1968. I stayed with Ford during the "Fix or Repair Daily" era. Why? Because of the quality, after purchase service. That's no longer true. Sales at Mullinax is a 5 star rating. Service is a 2. I will give a 5 star rating for service if the get it done in 1 trip or even 2 if they sincerely express regret for not getting it right the first time. Today I'm on my 3rd trip for the same issue. Now I'm looking for a private shop to work on my truck. Next I'll be visiting Wallace Ram in Stuart for a new truck. Their service department is always 5 star.

Recently bought a car there and was evaluating buying another car when our Ford Explorer needed to go in for service. I called the service department and was told that they couldn't schedule an appointment for a month. Not interested in buying another car if they can't provide service in a reasonable time.
