Did a curbside order. Arrived, checked in and only had to wait maybe 2-3 minutes for them to come out. The lady was very nice and even loaded items into my car.

7-26-24 UPDATE: The general manager and assistant manager were amazing!! I hate that I had to go into the store to resolve but I never received a response to my email sent to corporate. HOWEVER…they went above and beyond to make me happy and I now have a new fridge and new icemaker that work perfectly!! If you have problems…don’t bother with their customer service call center. Go back to the store and ask for the General Manager and you’ll be happy with him or any of his assistant store managers!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Do NOT purchase appliances from Lowe’s!! At least, do not purchase in South Florida when it’s the Pompano/Ft Lauderdale Install & Delivery team you have to count upon! I’ve just experienced the most unbelievable and insane customer “service” horror over installing a simple refrigerator and icemaker. Almost 7 days and I’m now left with a completely non-functioning new fridge and the 2nd new icemaker. Worst part? After 3 site visits and whatever the 3rd team did this morning, I have a completely non-functioning system instead of a non-functioning ice maker they tried twice to fix/replace. They just told me…sorry…nothing they can do after previously telling me…I’m outside my return window (because THEY couldn’t get it installed, fixed and replaced correctly after the 3rd attempt in 6 days from install!!!! They told me to call the manufacturer. GOBSMACKED.

Very good prices on soil stuff... Customer service is variable, sometimes great sometimes, well, not great... I guess that's standard for this type of venue but again you go there for the price, not for 5 star service everytime so good enough

Really Nice plants but absolutely no employees that work there. I tried to buy some plants and they had no prices could not find an employee to help me and they told me I could not buy the plants because they couldn’t find the prices so they told me to come back later like I have all the time in the world to drive around to pick up these plants and the lady was concerned about her lunch break. Also was trying to buy a rake and all the foam on all of the rakes were completely coming off the rakes and I asked her is there a discount on the rakes she said no you have to buy it the way it is that would be my problem. I’m just astonished because I’ve shopped at Lowe’s for so many years and it’s just going down the drain like ever, other store in America .

Rochelle saved the day! The ego lawn mower purchased for my husbands birthday almost didn't get delivered on time. Lowe's changed the delivery date to the day after his birthday and let me know, the day before his birthday. This was to be a surprise gift from his parents. I called the store and spoke to Rochelle in delivery. I pleaded my case. This was the present to be delivered on the actual birthday. A day later would suck. She made it happen. She moved heaven and earth to get the assembly done and put us back on the delivery schedule for the original day. Thank goodness for humans like Rochelle. I'm so grateful for her help. I do wish that Lowe's had done a better job of planning assembly and delivery in the first place. I ordered with a month's notice. It should have been assembled in time for an on time delivery. They could improve in this area. Thanks Rochelle!

The worst customers service ever!! Workers are rude, do not want to help customers. These manager and cashier have no respect to the customers. The difference is like night and day compared to Home Depot. I will never go back to that store again!!!

Worst customer service experience ever! After 6 weeks of waiting for a prehung door to be delivered, I was told to contact the manufacturer. It was deemed lost, and took them another week to reorder. It was expedited by the manufacturer, but Lowe’s set it for pickup, instead of delivery as originally ordered. No notifications, 0 communication, and absolutely no care, urgency, or concern from Lowe’s. I called when the door arrived at the store (thanks again to the manufacturer who notified me of the delivery date) and was told to come pick up. Waited 40 minutes for some to acknowledge me and go investigate where my door was before bringing it out. All and all, 8 weeks of waiting, phone calls, emails, project delays, frustration… all for a single prehung interior door. A truly abysmal experience! Avoid this store at all costs!
