“This is a coin-operated laundry, so expectations that it - or any such establishment - would be a 5-star Ritz-Carlton experience would be out of line. The many washers and dryers were all clean and in good working order when I visited in early November 2023. My clothes washed and dried well without having to run extra cycles because of poorly performing dryers. That was a major plus and savings. This place loses a star because there were no laundry detergent or dryer sheets for purchase on property. Since I was traveling, I did not have my own. Fortunately there was an open Walgreens about 10 minutes away (I was doing pre-dawn laundry). I cannot speak to any customer service issues. I was the only one there at that early hour. Overall, I would recommend this laundry. Just be sure to bring your own supplies.”
“I’ve been in customer service for years so I expect it when I go to any establishment. I must say when I brought my clothes the staff was very nice, helpful, and they did a great a great job with my clothes. My suits and shirts look new again. Thank you Eagle Cleaners, I will be coming back.”

“I love this laundry mat. When I usually go on Saturday morning or Sunday morning it’s usually always so clean. I really like how ,kind, and caring the staff is. I want to mention Mary who has always been so helpful. She happens to be one of the best woman working there. If I ever had a question or an issue she has always been able to help.”

“First time here. Staying at a hotel on the other side of the interstate that didn't have laundry. The review of this location was the best. So I decided to try it. Not disappointed. VERY CLEAN!!
The gentleman that works here was so nice and helpful. He is a very busy man. He has not stopped working whole I've been here. He has spent his time cleaning the ceiling fans. Floor and what else he can find to clean. This place is cleaned than my hotel room!!
Impressed. I'm not usually on need of a laundry mat but dang!! If I need one again on this area. I know where I'll go. I'll Also go out of my way to come here.

“Hometown cleaners has earned my business for the rest of my life. I totally messed up and didn’t realize they closed at 3 o’clock on Saturday. I called Brent in a panic and he went out of his way to come back and get my clothes so that I could go out of town to a conference the next day. He didn’t have to do that and went well above the normal service that could be expected. Please give them your business. They will take care of you.”
“Honesty and integrity. I had several lost items from WSC due to a technical issue in the system. Riccardo (the owner) was thorough and adamant on finding a resolution. I never felt like finding my belongings wasn't a priority for he and the team. He kept me posted on progress, what they were doing internally to track them down, and the changes they made to their backend system to ensure this wouldn't happen again. When all was said and done, Riccardo personally drove them to my house after hours to deliver them, apologized, shook my hand, and made it right. What more can you ask of a service that made a mistake? I will continue to use them in the future because how they handled this situation. All the best WSC.Service: Organic dry cleaning”

“My wife, Suzi and I are 72 and 73 years young, have lived and used dry cleaning services in NYC, London, Wash DC, Atlanta and many locations in NJ and can honestly say Oakbrook Cleaners in North Palm Beach is the BEST we've experienced. Firstly, their quality is superb. They read cleaning labels if there is any question of how to clean a garment. They really know how to remove any kind of stain. Second, Carlos, his mother and father have been in the dry cleaning business for over 50 years. They are kind and knowledgeable professionals. Second, their hospitality is genuine. After our second visit, Carlos greeted us by name every time we entered. If you use their drive in service they automatically open your back door to place your cleaning inside your car. Finally, their pricing is very fair and competitive. We cannot recommend them any higher.”
“Needed pants hemmed & an extra hole in my belt. Nancy, the seamstress said that she couldn't put an extra hole in but could cut off part of belt & resew to make belt smaller Was so happy she suggested this & only charged $6. Hem for pants was $15. Completely happy with pricing & Nancy was very helpful & accommodating. I will be going back to her when I need further alterations on other clothes. Can't wait to pick up. Nancy is only there on Thursdays from 9:30 to 12. Therefore, it does take a week to pick up alterations. However, she is very sweet, so am sure if I needed it in less time, she would accommodate. As far as dry cleaning at this place, I have never used them. Again, Nancy is very professional & very cordial & polite.”

BE ADVISED: They do Close, Earlier than advertised, due to Wash being 30min and Drying 6-min for every 25¢
After 9, 9:30 they'll post a sign stating "Closed" they need to Clean Up too, so don't be upset with that.”
