“Very good prices on soil stuff... Customer service is variable, sometimes great sometimes, well, not great... I guess that's standard for this type of venue but again you go there for the price, not for 5 star service everytime so good enough”

“This is my new go to Home Depot since being built in the Alton area even though where I live in Abacoa is pretty much the same distance from this one and the one off of Indiantown I still make my way to the Donald Ross store due to the reduced volume of customers walking around and virtually no line no matter when I come in. Garden area is improving all the time it seems and has a pretty nice selection already close to some of the more established Home Depot’s.”

“Shoppers should check online first to see if the item is in stock and where to find it (aisle and bin) to make it easier to find. Then also verify with a store clerk to see if that's the right item since there are similar items. It's still a great place to shop for home improvement.”
“Some of the worst help I have seen in the USA so far, I expect it will get worse. Do I have to see the manager to get anything done each entry to this place? Not to mention, are employees supposed to know where items are?? I don’t see evidence that employees havemapped out common items in their head. Each relies on the cell phone, which I can do too. Most seem to slowly get around to anything and seem to be understaffed. Make sure you realize you are ON YOUR OWN HERE. Good luck. However, some bright lights, go see Angie, she happens to know blinds. Once I found her, she took care of things. Dude she worked with was okay too. But you have to find the people that know stuff. I can’t knock the whole store for a few folks, but I’m not. My guess is that this is a retirement community and workers reflect that. There was one other stand out employee that went the extra mile to help find something for us. Not every employee can be a winner.
Edit: So, I have had the pleasure of going into this store at least 8 times in the past week. I reviewed my review and think this may have been a ‘2 off’ or something. They got better so I changed my review. I received better service, ran into more knowledgeable employees and they do not deserve a one star. I changed it to 4. Sometimes, my standards are high but if I worked there, I’d try and memorize the store, not just my department. This may be an impossible standard. I’m not here to ruin people’s days.”

“Everyone here was very helpful, if they didn’t know the answer to a question they would steer me to someone that did. They have an incredibly huge plant area and I could spend hours there, I practically did! On the whole I really like going here for my hardware, garden, lighting household and everything else to do with my home repair, redo and rework jobs! ?”
“I was there on Monday June 10 2024. Jeremy supervisor at hardware department super help me identified my handle nut to turn on. He did spend a lot of time to solve the problem for me. He was very patient and very polite. I end up buy a lot of things at Lowe. Love this store. If you live here you need to check out this store. Very organized and well maintained and keep up there supply. Hey a lot of stuff on sale.”

“You name it, they got it! Always helpful, always courteous. The one thing that makes Home Depot special is the fact that along with most items easy to find due to excellent signage, the employees are always around to point you in the right direction and be of help if need be!”
