Be prepared for an“initial cost” for repairs that will never be the “final cost”…….??Can’t trust Marc Metz and this company.Still waiting for a detailed bill for what was done…1 month ago.Steering same….still pulling to the left.Unstable idle still…A/C adjustments not good.Etc….etc….Do not pay before checking everything promised…We do not recommend this car repair shop. ?

2003 Mercedes SLK 230. The car was absolutely beautiful, Marc had delivered even more than expected. I provided a deposit and signed sales agreement from my home in South Carolina, great communication. I drove down and picked up the car and had a great ride back. Marc is truly a knowledgeable professional, Highly Recommend!!!

Couldn't ask for a better service 10/10!!I came to Marc full of problems he solved them all. Marc helped me to sell my old car, replace it and he is now doing all maintenance.Not easy to find a trustful and reliable garage in Florida, Marc is the perfect guy! Always here to help, serious, professional, accommodating and probably one of the nicest person I have ever met.I usually never write reviews, but it's the minimum I can do for someone who is constantly helping me. I just purchased a used Mercedes Benz SLK 320 from Marc. We discussed the details on the phone and when I saw the car and went for a test drive reality exceeded all my expectations !The car looked brand new and was everything Marc promised. His service and professionalism was off the charts.I definitely will return when I need his services again !!!

We bought a very nice Ml 350 from Marc....was all he said it was and more....a few weeks later when picking up our new plates he showed us a convertible SLK 320. On our previous experience we bought that one on the spot....Marc is the best at this business and has taken care of all our needs. He is honest, fair and full of integretiy. We love the two cars and will only do business with him in the future....and as a bonus his wife took care of most of the paperwork and was a dream to work with......five stars is not enough!!!! ray and dawn goodwin

I bought a great Mercedes from Marc.The whole buying experience was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and found the perfect car for me. He took care of all the registration paperwork.Afterwards there were a couple of minor things needing repairs. He efficiently took care of that too.Marc is a great guy to work with...professional, ethical, and honest. Highly recommend him

Whenever ones gets a car out of state there is that anxiety of being taken advantage of. I found none of that with Florida Metz Cars. The integrity and customer service was outstanding. In fact, I want to say that it was above the board. They communicated with me every step of the way, and represented the car exactly how it was presented online. They stayed connected to me until the car arrived at my house. My wife had hip surgery during the process and the owner went out of the way to ask me how she was during. There are very few dealers out there like this one, so you will have a great experience if you purchase a car from Florida Metz Cars and you will rest well until it arrives.

I've dealt with Mark for the past 3 years. He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He stands by his service and is full of integrity. His prices are fair and he will find you exactly what you want in your price range. I expect the disgruntled review is someone who didn't like the price and wanted a car on the cheap!

Keep away from this place!!! I wanted to purchase a car from this guy. I went for a test drive, everything was great, so the next day I sent him my driver license to start the process and he just disappear ! I’ve been calling and texting him for 2 days. Finally he picked up the phone with some story that he can’t sell me the car!Waste of time. You don’t want to deal with people like him.
