I movedCloseby and did not have a Toyota dealership around that I knew. I went here and have been please ever since. They do a good job with service and get one in and out promptly.They do good and clean work!

I was very dissatisfied with this business and their lack of communication. My car was towed there after I was in an accident & it took 3 weeks for the insurance company & myself to be notified that my car was totaled. Within that 3 weeks time, myself and Statefarm Insurance called the shop and could never get anyone to answer the phone. We always had to leave a voicemail and then we never got a return call. To my knowledge Statefarm had to send an adjuster to the business to get confirmation of what the status was since we were unable to get anyone by phone. Then when I went to the shop to retrieve my belongings out of my totaled car, it seemed like there were plenty of people working there which made me even more frustrated on why I could never get anyone on the phone or a call back. I would never use this facility again and would not recommend it to anyone!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had the pleasure of working with Dan in the Earl Stewart collision center. He called me immediately after I made my insurance claim. He was extremely professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The turn around time for the repair was less then 10days. Dan kept me updated during the repair process. The best part is that my car looks brand new!!! I am extremely pleased with my services and having people like Dan in an organization keeps the customers loyal. For the past 14 years, I only do business with Earl Stewart Toyota because they truly stand behind thier work and have top notch employees that execute timely and accordingly. Thank you!!!! The service is a little slow but the staff is friendly. The prices in the last couple of years have skyrocketed here. Just to evaluate my problem costs $99. They said to replace my broken door handle will cost almost $500 but if I don't need all of the parts it won't cost as much. Another service guy was surprised when I told him the price they might be charging me. He said it's pretty common for door handles to break off. SERIOUSLY?!?! Currently, another customer is upset that she's been here 2 hours and the man just came to let her know the internet is slow and it will take another 2 1/2 hours. She said she didn't expect to be here 4 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, she can't take the van/shuttle because it only takes customers 7 miles from the dealership.

I wen to a Toyota dealer in Coconut Creek. They had the sticker price on the car with two additional charges. One was over $5000 for "Market Adjustment". The other was for over $800 for oil changes and tire rotations. Toyota includes this for free!! The salesman told me every dealer does this!They had lots of Camry's on the lot. Maybe that's why. BTW he's, the Costco authorized dealer. Earl Stewart Toyota in West Palm Beach does not. The sticker price is the price, no upcharges, no extras add-ons. They were a pleasure to deal with. I selected the exact car I wanted, saw all the specs and bought it. I am now the proud owner of a 2023 Toyota Camry SE.I strongly recommend Earl Stewart Toyota. Ask for Steve Silverstein. Great salesman!

Today I purchased a 2023 Toyota Corolla LE. Marlene Levy was patient, personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever known. ES Toyota has no fraudulent fees, no hidden costs, no bait and switch like other dealerships. You pay for the car, tax, tag and title. Period. No high pressure, no lies, no surprises when it comes time to signing the paperwork. I got a magnificent deal on a new car and I was out the door within 2 hours. This is the 4th car I bought from ES Toyota. I can't recommend them enough. Don't waste your time or your money with scammers, go to this dealership. You won't regret it.

I received an email from Toyota about a buy 3 get the fourth tire for a $1. Made a reservation and went through the purchase process. I showed up for my appointment and they had no record of my reservation. They took me anyway because I had the email verification of the reservation. It took 2 hours to mount 4 tires and then they said that the price I had online didn't include tax. Thankfully I had the email receipt that showed I was already charged tax. Disappointed about the amount of time it took and that the tire promotion online and reservation I purchased was not forwarded to dealership.

Do not trust this dealership! They will tell you they can order you a car the way you want it, but they lie! They will string you along and not deliver. I ordered a basic Toyota Corolla in May of 2022 and was told it would probably be in around October of 2022. Then I was told that was an error and I should have been told Dec 2022 since vehicle were taking 6 months. Next thing you know I was told March 2023. Then, in March I was told Toyota said my vehicle was scheduled to be built in April and should be delivered around mid to late April. That turned into the beginning of May. Finally, I got a call saying Toyota couldn't make the car with the colors and fabrics I requested and it would now be June before I would get the vehicle that didn't even meet my requests. It was at this point that I finally had had enough and decided to buy elsewhere.

I experienced world class service with the sales representative Ian and Gabriel from finance. This is my second car I purchased this year, and they never fail to deliver such excellent service. I appreciate their transparency and smooth processing. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely continue purchasing all my vehicles with them in the near future.
