I called to replace the broken Fox 2.0 Shocks on my daughter's truck and gave them my CC for the deposit. they ran the deposit and told me 3 to 4 weeks out for installation. my daughter couldn't wait that long so I told them to cancel. Two days later, I saw the charge on my CC for the deposit. I called, and they told me sorry, it was a mistake, and the refund should go now. Once again, nothing; I called 3 times and got the same answer, so I called the CC company to file a dispute.bad business practices.

I recently took my truck for an alignment. And they said they are EXPERT with lifted truck alignment. NOT! THEY ENDED UP BROKE MY WHOLE FRONT END. ALL THE BOLTS WAS STRIPPED. BROKEN BALL JOINTS, RACK AND PINION. POWER STEERING PUMP STARTED LEAKING. THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE COST AFTER ONE SIMPLE ALIGNMENT. PLEASE TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Terrible experience. Took our jeep there to get the headlights replaced and grille replaced (stolen). I purchased the headlights myself and brought them in, they were supposed to order the grille. I advised them which grille we wanted and approved them to order. They allowed us to drop it off expecting a one day repair. No one told us they didn’t have the grille. Only after 2.5 weeks was it finally admitted. Jeep was there for 5 weeks and we ended up just having to go with a used grille because we just wanted it to be done. After pickup, we discovered we had $1200 worth of parts missing. It was not safe to drive. They offered to give us some that were just removed off another Jeep, convenient. I declined. Also discovered the headlights are not functioning properly either. Now we need to take it to the dealer to finish the repairs. Will not be returning.

I would never recommend someone to take their trucks there, no one knows what they are doing, all they want is the money, took my truck there to put on a lift kit that they sold me and installed its making a noise that I have been back five time to fix they can’t fix it, they have a vouch of young kid learning as the go, at this point I am afraid to go back so they don’t mess up something else.

I don't often feel compelled to write reviews unless someone is outright terrible and I never wrote a review of excellence however, in this particular case I was so impressed that I just cant help myself. Since we first walked into the store over a year ago, we have had nothing but the best experiences. Cary and his entire team are true professionals in the industry. They provide honest advice which has ultimately saved us from making many poor and expensive choices on customizing our TRX.. Cary is an extremely knowledgeable and honest business owner who prefers to NOT make a sale rather than to allow us to make poor decisions which, ultimately would be a waste of money. He spent a tremendous amount of time sharing his experiences with certain products and educating us regarding the best options for our build out. In fact, he literally sold us on not purchasing certain products because they would have negative impact on our vehicle. YES! He walked away from a few sales knowing that the information he provided was accurate and would cause us to reconsider... Oddly enough the same qualitative support was provided by his entire staff which is difficult to come by these days.The work quality is second to none. Clean and meticulous. I am impressed beyond words and highly recommend DV8 Motorsports to anyone who wants nothing but the best of the best at a great price.Thank you Cary and crew.

We just did a 2023 Rubicon build with DV8 and are thrilled. Riley helped us map out a Skyjacker lift, Fuel wheels, Nitto tires, DV8 bumpers, N-FAB steps, and a Bestop slant back. They had everything ordered and ready to go when our Wrangler arrived, turned it around so quickly and everything is exactly how we wanted. Cary, the owner, is super nice and made us feel really comfortable going with DV8. Highly recommend!

I recently got my Jeep Gladiator Mojave worked on at DV8 and I couldn't be happier. Riley and the team there really knows their stuff and they're super passionate about their work. They helped me choose the right upgrades for my vehicle and took the time to explain everything to me.The work they did was absolutely amazing. The Jeep has non-stop looks! The attention to detail is outstanding and everything was done right the first time. They really take pride in their work, and it shows.What I appreciated most about this shop was the personalized service. They treated me like I was the only customer they had. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work they did.I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to customize their Jeep. brought my 2022 4Runner there yesterday 12/19/22 to get a Lift kit put on! Scheduled to make sure they fully leveled it! They called at 415 to tell me it was done early! I get there and the Front of my 4 runner is significantly higher than the back! So i walk in and say why does the front look higher? "because it is" It was supposed to be level a 2inch lift in the front and 3in in the back. "well i thought we would leave it like this and let it settle then if you want it level you can come back." no i want it level now i wont be back in town for awhile. "Well itll be quick if i can get a wrench in there oh no i have to take the tires off ohh and my guy is already on another project. but i have a couple hours tomorrow we could do it." So now something that could have and should have been done properly the first time will cost me more time and money not to mention the inconvenience of not having my vehicle because "YOU THOUGHT". Its not your vehicle not your time and not your money. I am the customer you had clear orders to level my vehicle and you chose not to because "YOU THOUGHT" This christmas present from my husband has turned into nothing but a pain in the a*** So now my husband has to fix your f*** up. And i have to get it realigned AGAIN! Because yall didnt just do what the customer asked you to do in the first place. And then continued to gas light your customer and expect them to pay for the hours to now do something that would have taken maybe 30 mins while in the process of the job. I am a travel nurse and only home for a week. I dont have the time for this ridiculous inconvenience you have now caused and dont care to fix properly on your dime because you f***** up. Great Customer service
