We were very disappointed, and we feel we got from Dave's Auto Body bad service and low quality repair of our car, in June 2024. The repaired trunk was Not Flush with the nearby parts of the car, and remained so even after we brought the car back for a round of improvement. Additionally, Dave's Auto Body damaged a nearby metal panel, and then claimed that "it was like this" (it was not, car is brand new 2024 model). We tried to speak with the manager Ed, who was rude, he gave us the keys and said "Goodbye". We paid over 2,700 dollars for thia repair, and we are very unsatisfied with the result.

Not sure who they paid to write any good reviews, but there is not one good thing to say about this unprofessional so-called business. The man in charge, who doesn't even give you his name, (for obvious reasons, I'm sure) is the most rude, ill-mannered, impudent, person I have ever met. Being a victim of a hit and run accident was a pleasant experience compared to trying to do business with this guy. My car sat on his lot for over a week without being even looked at (and it was drivable, so it could have been taken in when they could look at it, and he knew I didn't have another car or a rental), when I nicely inquired why it hadn't been looked and and when it would happen, this rude, discourteous person, told me "come get your car, I will not work on it." and hung up on me. Really? Well obviously, you don't know how to run a business, you had it over a week and couldn't make it happen. If you're swamped, fine, say so, If your nasty, ugly, and imcompetent... I'll say so....which I'm doing right here! Avoid this place like the plague, unless you enjoy being insulted. Also, if you're a woman, he'll treat you even worse. There are lots of shops near our location that do great work and treat the customer with integrity and kindness...something real businesses do, no matter the circumstances.

Had a Great Experience w/ Sofie, Dave Jr, and the Tech who checked out My Jeep ... Very Nice People ... However, the older Gentleman that works in the office on the right was absolutely MISERABLE 0 people skills and really shouldn't be allowed out in public. He was Down Right Nasty

Terrific quality collision repair work for substantially less than the big dealership’s insurance quote. In the end, that’s what counts. The paint matching was impeccable. I can’t give Dave’s a 5-star rating because communication was so bad; when I called in before dropping the car off on the scheduled day they couldn’t take I (“short staffed”); Ed radiated hostility on first meeting until I finally coaxed a smile out of him; and the job took an extra day (“short handed”). In the end I’m very happy. My baby is beautiful again.
