Was excited about changing service from Boost to Cricket with Lisette this morning. But for some reason, after arriving home and fully charging phone, I could not get into phone. I came back to Cricket on Northlake Blvd and was glad that Devon was able to rectify the problem, after contacting Mr. Osama. Thank you Mr. Osama for having a dynamic and smart team at Cricket, which made my experience worthwhile!

Terrible service, this location kept my mother without a working phone for two days, they made an error on her account switching her number to another phone and would not reverse the error without telling her to get a new chip, I went with her today to see if I could help my mother because her English isn’t the best, the lady working would not even look at the account to help us solve the issue, this was the same lady that refused to help my mother the day before, she sent us to another store saying we needed a new chip, so I drove to another location the problem was fixed within seconds, we did not need a new chip, please train your employees properly. Also store was not open as listed, it did not open on 2/27until 11am, hours listed are 10-8pm

They open at 10am, stated on the front door, 9am online. I came this morning to pay my bill because when I came yesterday afternoon the line was out the door. There was no one here this morning because they don't open until 10am. Please update your hours.

Cricket in general is a poor cell phone company, customer service both corporate and in person are atrociously bad, used them as my cell phone carrier for a couple of years and ran into issues mainly when they updated their network and subsequently miscatrcorized multiple phones I've had over the years as three g only while they had been working as 4g for months on their network and some were 5g phones, to say they wouldn't update their phone catalog or comp estate me the price of purchasing a new phone, had them charge me extra each time they fried one of the sim cards when they shut the phone down due to misrecognizing the phone. All in all just a terrible experience all around, and though it is the same network as at&t your data speeds are significantly slowed down.

Ms.Rosa was the employee who attended us and she did a phenomenal job. She's very professional and attentive. She answered every single one of our questions (Believe me there was a ton). She took her time to find us the best deal for a family of 4 and my god did she surpass our expectations. I looked at every carrier and cricket provided the best coverage, affordability, and deals that were amazing. I highly recommend this location especially because of the highly knowledgable Ms. Rosa. The staff here is very smart, organized, and efficient. Definitely tell your friends to come here, cricket is the best.

I had some problems with my Cricket phone and wanted to change some things and I found that ThaisTook the time to listen to my problems,& change my plan as I requested, With a very smart and Zippy attitude. Thank you for hiring this girl she's very knowledgeable and helpful! I would have actually signed up at this store but the internet was down for days so I had to go to a different store because my phone service was ending. Thais was actually the one who talked us into the phones in the first place.
