I brought in a formal dress to have it cleaned. Before coming to Cinderella Cleaners I went to another cleaners first who was going to charge me $28 to dry cleaned my dress. I did not leave my dress at this cleaners because they could not have it ready before I leave out of town. Upon taking my dress to Cinderella I spoke with a young lady who told me that the dress will cost me $36 dollars to cleaned and that my dress will be ready in two days. I was hesitate about leaving the dress because I thought the price was too pricey, but I decided to leave it anyway. The following day I received a phone called from them stated that because of the beading on the dress if that dry cleaned it the beading might tarnish. She also mentioned some snags on the dress and the fact that I might lose some of my beading. The issue that I have is, I tried on my dress before I took my dress to the cleaners and my dress was is good shape just had some few stains in the back of the dress. When I picked up my dress I was shocked that they charged me $49 and some changed. When I got to my destination and took my dress out of the bag, my dress was completely destroyed. When this young lady called me the day before I believed that that had already dry cleaned my garment. How she described what could happened to my dress if she dried cleaned it. It has already happened the beading the location on the dress everything that she said could happened to the dress she described it to a tee. She just was covering up their mistake. They ruin a perfect dress and if you could see the amount of beading that was missing from the front and backed of this dress and all the snags it had in the front and the back of the dress. No way I would have bothered taking this dress to the cleaners. Long story short my dress is no longer wearable and I had to spend more money buying a new one.

Awesome family owned business since the 1950s. Current family is the third and does a marvelous job. They were the first cleaner our parents used in the late 60s.

RIPOFF!!! My family and I have done business with this cleaners multiple times and just recently my grandmother had came in due to one of our relatives passing away she had brought some items in to be adjusted however when she came back in to have another pair of pants hemmed up 3 inches they told her that they’ll let her know the total price once she picked the pants up which she agreed due to already having a previous order placed before this one. So she comes in to pick up the hemmed pants and see how much the total cost. They charged her 33$ PLUS tax for THREE inches. Then when she asked why is it that price they advised because they also washed them but the pants didn’t need washing so why do it if it was requested? 33$ f or THREE INCHES that’s 11$ per inch which is crazy especially after doing an additional tasks that wasn’t asked for. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially because we’ve done business with this company for a long time. Come here if you’ll don’t care if the business follows through with what you ask and just do what they want??

Cheaper than most but extremely rude. Customer service not up to par for my standards. Decent work on my white dress the cleaner swore was more than wine which it was with a few dinner stains. Called still telling me what I dropped on my dress. I did go back to pick it up but attitude changed and decided to soak it. Ignored me completely when I came to pick up when it was ready, I guess if you park in the driveway you take priority over the people who park in the parking lot?

This cinderella dry clean was the best this is 100/100! They are so nice and if ever they saw something discolor they will call you to inform you best customer service!!! And the clothes are perfect and clean!! I am happy i found them..

I needed to have my two piece Calvin Klein Slim Fit Suit steamed and pressed last minute and in less than a day. Family emergency, father passed away… Before I knew it- the funeral’s approaching on 11/9 and it’s out of state, by now I’m mentally exhausted with helping to get everything done and in place. I called and spoke with Debbie, I believe to inquire about the services they provide, and briefly explained my situation she asked me when I would be there, I told her 20 minutes. When I got there, she immediately knew it was me. She asked for my phone number and said she would see me at 3, I questioned “Today?” She said “yes :)” That was unexpected, I felt honored, I felt cared for. It was a positive experience, it set the tone for the rest of my day. Her dedication and service and hard work are above and beyond. Upon pick-up, I was greeted by Kimberly who was very pleasant and at that time, I expressed my gratitude and asked her to write her name down. I was/am so impressed! My suit was so neatly done, clean, crisp and fresh. I will be returning regularly to have my button down shirts and pants laundered and ironed for work. I’ll be recommending Cinderella Cleaners and Laundry to all of my friend, family and anyone that asks about having garments dry cleaned or laundry done. I dropped off clothes only request was to dry clean a pair of pants. Literally an entire week sat there , pants were never done and there was no help in order or compensate to even try to fix the issue.I could see if I was last minute and inconsiderate of the company’s time but, after the first second or third time something like this happens it’s a slap in the face and it really inconvenienced my entire conference. ?????

I have been super happy with this locals dry cleaners. It's really close to my home which is very convenient. They do everything in house which is great for timing and not being sent out. They also have a drive thru if you don't want to get out of your car. So far all staff have been friendly and attentive. Every clothing items I've brought in have came back great! I recommend!
