“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”

“Ive been a traveler for a long time, business and pleasure. This was the first time I've ever rented form 'second tier'. This trip was a hopsice situation I had to extend every day cause only God was setting schedule. These guys were easy to deal with and didn't hit me up with higer charges to extend like first tier. Same patient but earlier this year I had a first tier car and they actually had me return it instead of extending, when I got to the lot there were more cars than spaces and they were in side street- no explanation of why I had to return car to extend- but that a different review, you know who you are.Anyway, bottom line in PBI I will ALWAYS use ACE. Takes an extra couple minutes shuttle but these guys are great to deal with, great prices, and great cars.”

“Wrecking a vehicle can be so upsetting. This place has it all together and they are very organized. The staff was impeccable in communicating with me the entire time that we had their vehicle. The vehicle was a very modern one and served us perfectly during the repair of our wrecked vehicle. “Experience is always good. Only real mark against is the car selection in the emerald aisle, executive included is pretty mediocre the last couple times I was there, got a base model camry last month, and there were some smaller suvs. Used to get Cadillacs and nicer suvs 2 years ago”

“After 2 days of fighting with multiple enterprises I called the insurance and told them to transfer me to hertz because I wasn’t dealing with enterprise no more. I called this location and in less the 5 minutes they answer all my questions and got a vehicle ready for me. After I arrived Ashley Dumas was extremely professional and explained everything from top to bottom, I was there for less than 30 minutes and customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend!!”
“I want to give a big thank you to Mohammed for helping me when I was in a pinch that he had no part in creating but had everything to do with fixing my problem.I booked a car with the Avis affiliate on Okeechobee and Jog. Herman, the manager dismissed me when I showed up for my reservation by telling me he had no car for me and he didn’t know when he was going to get the car back. What? I asked to upgrade, I’d pay to and he said he couldn’t help me, he had no cars and to call the 800 number to get the reservation transferred somewhere else.I walked in and was greeted by Mohammed. A good guy who told me he just had a car come in but it hadn’t been cleaned. I told him I had no issue with that and the car was nearly spotless from a few bugs. I was out of there on 20 minutes and was on my way for my trip. I got to where I needed to.Thanks again Mohammed! I appreciate your help.”

“Truck was very clean.A brand new, never used, before or after credit card, had fraudulent charges from hotels or some type of rentals, the morning after I handed the card to the employees at this Hertz and never used the card before and nowhere else. Ever to this day.I returned the truck early.I’ve just been notified that Hertz too, have been charging $160/day on my card.It appears a daily rate. 3 X the daily rate I paid for the previous rental.For a week “after” I returned the truck.Appears they never closed the contract. Even though I returned the vehicle on time. With no damage. Last week.The service has improved.”
