These folks make headaches go away. My 2014 GTI experienced some engine troubles after a 300 mile road trip away from home.
EPC, CEL, low Washer Fluid, limp mode, and transmission hesitation. Literally everything lit up like a Christmas tree. I had to limp the car over.
Braun was able to fit me in, facilitated drop off after hours, and diagnose my cars issues, and get us back in the road within a couple of days.
They have friendly, personable advisors and the techs diagnosed items quickly while getting me back on the road.
Cannot recommend them high enough.

My experience with Braun was exceptional. It started at 'hello" from Marrisa when she answered the phone, she is very personable and informative. I appreciate how detailed and transparent they are. Typically a mechanic shop has tools, grease and stuff everywhere, but not this shop. Can you say "CLEAN & ORGANIZED!" - as an organized person myself, that did it for me. I greatly recommend Braun.

My first experience with Braun auto will definitely not be my last. You will not find a more professional shop. The intake inspection is beyond thorough complete with photographic documentation. Communication through out the service was proactive and kept me informed the whole time. I never had to follow up once. The repairs were performed and the car returned in perfect order. I highly recommend especially if you have a german made vehicle.

I took my 2012 Audi Q5 in for a misfire and problem with the AC. They were transparent through the entire diagnosis and did a good job of presenting options without pressure or upselling. After the diagnosis, you are given a report with the findings and I felt that all the recommendations were legitimate (some were less urgent than others, but nothing was unwarranted to pad the estimate). While the price was ultimately higher than I would like, they were upfront about the costs the entire way, never added in any surprises, and were willing to work within my budget. They even priced out what the cost would look like if we addressed the issues in different stages (one of the main issues being the dreaded carbon build-up). As of one week later - the car is running great. Marissa does a great job communicating and provided regular updates through text. They have absolutely gained me as a happy customer for as long as they can keep my Audi running.

2009 105,500 mile Jetta. First time Braun customer. Completely satisfied with total Braun service. Engine & car running very smoothly. Marissa handled checkin expertly as was mechanical work. I was kept abreast of service work needs and bill was as detailed. Will bring my service needs back to Braun.
