Had a great experience purchasing a replacement battery for my vehicle with less than 12 hours notice. The batteries were in stock at 8:00a.m. the next morning, the clerk was knowledgeable about my situation/helped me troubleshoot, filled my order quickly and helped carry it to my car! Will return!

Mr. Antonio is not very efficient at work and his treatment is not good when working with the public. He does not talk much but he wastes clients' time with the work done.

Website listed phone repair is not accurate or reliable. Made appointment drove there, was on time only to find out they do not have a Tech on duty to look at the phone, and no experience with the Samsung Fold phones period even though they have been out for two years already. Really good at wasting peoples' time though.

Sailing into Lake Worth we had battery issues. We could charge but wake up and 10.45 volts. Called Batteries Plus and talked to Will the manager about 3 x2 31. Tried to get a slip in NPB to no avail. Anchored in N Lake Worth anchorage and Will personally delivered the 3 batteries to Publix near dinghy area. Great service with a smile. Thanks Will for going out of your way to get the batteries to us!

Horrible customer service. Item not fixed as promised, I was given the run around for about two and a half weeks. I definitely would not recommend anyone to visit this store.

I had another amazing experience at Batteries Plus. In the past, I purchased a watch battery from them. Today, Ryan was so helpful getting my smart key setup to operate again for our Honda. The staff is prompt, very knowledgeable and so helpful. I highly recommend them!

Went to get a phone battery changed after being quoted $15 on the phone. Employee took the watch to the back,returned in 3 minutes and told me the battery size (391) was not in stock. Decided to attempt it myself and ordered the batteries from Amazon (5 for $6) Recieved the batteries which were obviously too large foe a small watch. Took the watch to a watch repair who told me the case had not been opened and the size was NOT a 391. A big waste of my time and money going to batteries plus

When it comes to motorcycle batteries I highly recommend using them...yes they are a little bit more than Walmart, but you get a Duracell battery with a 2 year warranty and someone that can make sure it is the right one for the bike unlike walmarts 3 month and good luck warranty. Thank you guys

DON'T TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE. I brought a cell phone there to have screen repaired with another that had a good screen. 3 phones I asked if I could have the information from the sim card put into new phone. African man said yes the white man with beard walked off with my sim card from a phone that had nothing to do with the repair. This is the phone I needed to retrieve information from and he knew it. Then comes back and says that the sim card doesn't keep any information. All my saved pictures and information is on the sim card at that point I knew he wasn't being truthful and he just downloaded my information from the sim card. They then said my screen wasn't worth replacing. I never felt so lied to and taking advantage of. He never should have taken my sim card anywhere out of my site. Don't trust these people at all. Keep in mind I went there for screen replacement. Clerk never should have never went anywhere with my sim card. Don't trust these people. They now have my sensitive information and they lied to me.

Great prices and services. Had them replace my iPhone battery a while back. Was thinking about buying a new watch since my watch battery died. Decided to call here to see if they’ll replace the battery. The price they charged was what I would’ve paid just for a battery anywhere else. They also replaced it for me and set the time and date. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.
