Only giving 5 stars as a professional courtesy. I don't believe in poor reviews, but there are always... Things to improve on: efficiency and professionalism. Having a satisfying demeanor is essential in a high-pressure environment. Harping on equity isn't an ultimate moral imperative, but it's a pervasive issue that should be highlighted in an establishment like this one so that reliable visitors and esteemed patrons continue to frequent consistently

The night staff ( male employee with the Mohawk) is always rude,lazy,and disrespectful not my style to leave bad reviews and everyone has a bad day every now and then I shop at this 7-11 at least once a day if not running by there as often as 3 times a day and every other person is friendly , polite and helpful I don’t know what Mohawks problem is but he has never been anything but rude and disrespectful to me and I see him do this all the time to other customers also but he should get another job if he’s not willing to even greet the customer or help you with something as simple as making fresh pot of coffee or replacing coffee condements when asked politely I know people that won’t even shop there because of how rude an d unprofessional he is I know management takes great pride in being helpful and treating customers with respect

Visiting this location as I normally do being that it's next to my job and home location , I usually run in and out. Sunday 6:24 am ran in to grab hot chocolate greeting cashier( who is a heavy set, white guy with a Mohawk and glasses) didn't get name. I approached him saying good morning he doesn't reply to me but looks at my husband and says : I hate mornings, I hate saying good morning. Then says word for word if I don't like people I won't talk. Then looks at me as if he knows me! Standing in a line I'm sure everyone heard I was upset Ike seriously dude! I really didn't wanna give him my money but I needed that hot chocolate . I'll have to find new store . Sad

Stay away from this location at night. The clerk is a rude j*** who melts down every thirty seconds. The door was locked when i showed up. Five minutes later he opened it. Took another ten to get out. Melt down city!!

Walking In Just Too Get something to drink, The manager of 7-11 was awkwardly staring at me. I ask her do you know me? She responded no, I told her you're sharing at me like you know me. She told me not to act crazy. I told her I can tell the manager. She referred she was the manager. I told her I will just call corporate. There was a small argument back and forward. She said I had 5 minutes to leave the store. It's been over 5 minutes. And she did not move to throw me out the store lol. A manager doing doing stock position. Anyway I hope she transfer.

I have been going to this store for years, I have 57,000, 711 points. That tells you how much I go there. I am going to stop going there until they get new employees. They are way too slow. I’m a businessman. I have a business, and I can’t be sitting there monkeying around with the little short lady behind the counter,, taking her sweet time with an attitude. There’s always a line. Sorry please fix problem.

I am a customer service expert and their customer service is terrible! It is always slow, the clerks have no personality and usually rude!! I’ll use the BP NEXT DOOR FROM NOW ON!!

Where do I start? We'll start with Dotty. She is an elderly employee that works in the morning. She's very nice...to her regular customers. If she doesn't know you, you're just another person walking in. No 'hello/goodbye', no 'thank you'. She's short and NOT sweet. Another issue that ties in with Dotty would be, the constant need for receipt paper at the gas pumps. They're ALWAYS out! Heaven forbid you mention this to Dotty. Rolls her eyes and says 'Yup, NEXT!' Hello Soup Nazi (NO RECEIPT FOR YOU!). *Dotty needs to be fired or forced to retire!!* Let's continue with the exterior of this 'wonderful' establishment. There is constant trash everywhere and the trash bins are always full, which in turn brings flies and other nasty bugs that your customers get to battle with while trying to gas up. I've seen rats runs around outside during the middle of the day. I've seen them along the fence line and bushes. Disgusting! The air pumps and vacuums haven't worked in well over a year and they refuse to have them fixed. They just replace the signs stating that they're out of service. If there's a storm, good luck getting gas if the pumps even work. If they do work during a storm, you can only pay with cash... really? Speaking of storms, anytime it rains heavily, you'll see dirty buckets collecting water dripping from the ceiling all over the store. The floors are always dirty and the employees could give a crap less about even being at work. That is not an option, just go in and try to interact with an employee. You can see their lack of care in their faces. No smiles, no thank you's, no have a good day. At what point does corporate step in?

I like 711 for a couple reasons but the main reason is that it's the only place open late night or early morning hours around here and that's priceless when ur dying of thirst and 711 is the ONLY place to get a drink.

Your store has not fixed your bathrooms in quite some time. I buy gas here and other items but you can't get your bathrooms fixed so your customers can use them. But you guys sell alcohol to anyone at anytime. I should've took a picture but there one lady inside and another smoking cigarettes right outside the entrance
