Initially, I started the products because I had just opened a business and was very stressed-to the point my husband said I had to do something immediately to relax. I went to Sunmed in Lake Mary and explained my situation. Before buying anything, they provided me with a sample, so I would feel confident in my purchase because I was very new to CBD. I took my sample and went shopping for a few hours. Within an hour, I knew I was ready to purchase. The products I use do not give me a “high” feeling; they simply take the edge off to help me calm down and enjoy life. I have started trying the recreational products, and I greatly enjoy those! I don’t like the high feeling, but these just make me giggly and have a good time. I really like the tinctures and the seltzers. Kate and her father are super friendly and helpful and know their customers and their needs.

Only after one application I felt a difference in my sciatic pain on my left leg. I will be using it two times a day for the next week but I was limping and after 2 hours I was standing up straight. I used the extra strength CBD cream....the best. Worth every penny

I regret sharing my negative experience. During my recent visit, I encountered challenges with the service provided by an employee named Tim, as noted on my receipt. Tim's demeanor was dismissive, stern, and lacked the warmth one might expect from a smaller-local establishment .
Despite arriving with a clear idea of my purchase, Tim's attitude almost deterred me from completing it altogether. He repeatedly questioned my reasons for using CBD, seemingly dissatisfied with my response. Additionally, the product I sought was apparently intended for first-time customers only. Although this policy is acceptable, Tim's tone left me disinclined to return.
Given my positive experiences at “Purely CBD” down the street, I believe I will stick to what I know and continue to patronize establishments where I feel more valued.
I feel bad that I rushed out to catch them before closing and got treated as such. My interaction with Tim was only 3 minutes, and would’ve been way shorter without the unnecessary (in my case as i knew what I wanted) consultative questions.
Also, I’m not sure why the sample pack is exclusive in-store if I could buy it online without limitations. :(
