I was submitting a proposal for a City contract that was 41 pages long and Talor really went the extra mile with helping me organize and getting it notarized. I could tell they were extremely busy here, but she took the time to go through everyone at the 41 pages and highlight very clearly where I needed to sign which is on almost every single page to help me save time and decipher where I needed to focus on, so I didn’t have to read through and spend my time doing it, which really made the process easy. She was very kind and helpful to other people inside the buildings as several customers had other problems throughout my visit. She was helpful to her employees as well a credit to her. She’s leading with kindness and professionalism. Definitely deserve this review thanks, Talor!

This location steals people money. I prepaid for a label that I never used so I wanted to void the shipment and they did not want to refund the amount. I’ve been able to void shipments at other locations but this UPS location is franchised so I’d stay away from this store specifically. The owner Roheet just wants your money. They don’t provide good service.

Exceptional service at this UPS drop-off location! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They're super efficient and make the entire process seamless. I've never had a bad experience here - they're always courteous, patient, and very well-informed. Plus, they work at an impressive pace, getting you in and out quickly. What's more impressive is that no matter how busy it gets, they never show any frustration or stress. They're always calm, composed, and welcoming. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs! 5 stars isn't enough - they deserve more.

My 2nd review for this location
Different staff same superb customer service. So I took the dreaded trip to Office Max. I went when the store just opened to avoid crowds. I was met with the usual customer service guy with navy seal type headset. He was very nice but told me they were very busy and I would have to wait for the next day for COPIES?...because they were very busy!... I said no thanks. Because I had an earlier positive experience at the UPS Lake Mary location I went back....I approached Mike who said they would be happy to make copies. This is while people were continously coming in. I was than approached by Talor who could not have been nicer. She helped get the copies printed and provided great customer service. Then another girl I wish I caught her name with jet black hair who was also excellent. UPS must have superior recruiters and trainers because I have never had a bad experience at this location and always received exemplary customer service. They all deserve recognition, and hopefully raises. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff here are not helpful at all. I brought a package today with a tracking number from my company. Mo said he can't do anything with a tracking number. Asked him on how to schedule a pick up. He didn't know. Not a single information is provided except no, he can't do anything with it. He's not even trying to help at all. When I ask to speak to the manager and when he will be in the office, was told whenever he decides to come. Really unprofessional business here. Avoid coming to this location.

This is my first time and the staff helped me at all times. To my doubts(questions), until I make sure of the address. Very grateful for your attention. He made me feel trustworthy. They recommend having smaller packaging that protects the product. I still give them 5 stars.

UPS at every location I have been to is at the top of their game! Example, today in Lake Mary, Florida Taylor(young lady associate)is not only efficient and helpful but, also very kind and friendly.
Thank you UPS for hiring and keeping excellent employees. UPS has always been my first and favorite service to use over all others.

This place gets BUSY QUICK!! Like the line was out the door within minutes but the 2 people working were banging it out quick. Kayla is so sweet and sooooooo patient. More patient than I could ever be. She took care of me and really hooked me up. I’m forever grateful! Thank you!!!!!!

Manager never calls back. Asked them to reroute a package and he ignores it big time as he doesn’t want to pay. UPS said that he can call and they will send it where it needs to go since it came from his store. Spoke with Kayla and she’s amazing but unfortunately manager doesn’t care for the business. Either say yes or no and get this done. Don’t hide away from your customers. I will never go to this store. Sanford is my go to store.

Went in to ship a letter. Rep kept attempting to up charge to a faster method when it was useless (shipping to an 3 hour drive by car). Someone wanted to send an Amazon return, was charged for the label to be printed and the items repackaged in “appropriate” packaging. All other carriers allow you to send the return in package received and print the label for free.
