Great customer service! Didn’t charge me $10 for the first page like Orange City’s UPS store does. The gentlemen attending me made my Amazon return process smooth and even helped me pack a box.

I find the employees in this store to be efficient, professional, and friendly. When I need copies, lamination, or have an item to ship, it is all done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Shipped something on a Saturday and didn’t arrive to its destination until the following Saturday. I paid $20 for shipping when USPS could’ve gotten it there faster

We got it done really fast.
Mihir, the manager, really does a nice job leading the team.
We are now using this UPS store every chance we get.
Mihir Parikh and his team are so helpful and professional.
They take their work so seriously and never make a mistake.

Not even a star!!!!! >: Terrible customer service! They offer three day shipping services at a higher cost to then deliver on the day of less shipping fee date, 7 days later. When asked for refund, they blame the customer for signing the receipt, arguing that it was an estimated date not a confirmed date of delivery. When asked for a manager or the manager info, the clerk would not provide information. This UPS store is stealing from their clients.

I normally do not do reviews (i do not take the time for them) but this experience deserved one. I had an issue with UPS not wanting to refund two packages that were late, although I paid for the service to be delivered at a very specific time. At first I had no luck on my refund, until a gentleman by the name of Caleb went above and beyond for me. Whether it was calling UPS on my behalf, his willingness to help me through the process, or his follow up - he demonstrated how A+ customer service is supposed to be. I hope this place gives him a promotion, a raise, and a bonus. He deserves it all.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The store since the new management has taken over over the past couple months has cost me hundreds of dollars from Amazon returns that were improperly labeled and not received by Amazon. At least one time a month I’m receiving an email from Amazon saying that I haven’t returned an item. When I know for a fact that I have returned them with multiple items. If the team there can’t handle returns or high volume package reception, then you need a different staff or don’t run a store that fails it customers.
Edited response to business: This is the most corporate standard response you could’ve written. If you truly cared and valued me as a customer, why don’t you try to find a way to make it right and get me my money back that your store cost me. Oh, you don’t want it coming out of your pocket? Neither did I.

Awful.I set appt to do fingerprint. Some lady was already doing it but didn't understand machine.Guy behind counter was helping her alittle.I'm still waiting appt was 1:30.I asked u don't have another machine ??? I have appt.
He could care less.Long story short.I called company got reschedule different location and missed my Dr appt.F u guys!!!
