I recently shopped at The Original Mattress Factory and had a great experience. The staff really knows their stuff, and their customer service is top-tier. I bought two twin Classic One Mattress Sets for my kids, and they're exactly what I was looking for.
These mattresses are built with a solid innerspring system and have a firm feel, perfect for support and comfort. Plus, they're made in the USA, which adds to their reliability. The matching box spring is a nice touch and enhances durability. At $220 each, these mattresses offer excellent value. If you need quality mattresses, this is the place to go.

This is our second purchase in this store. It was of utmost importance to find a quality mattress that would last, that was made in the USA and at a price point that was manageable. also, it HAD to be flippable… I’ll never again buy a one sided use only mattress! The saleswoman, Melanie - who we’d purchased from 8 years ago for another bedroom, is a complete professional in every way. Her knowledge base is simply phenomenal! She’s someone I’d consider a friend… she is that great! She knows EVERYTHING about the various products they carry…from the construction to comfort level… everything! She was very patient, helpful in decision making and in the accessories we purchased as well! It’s the number one BEST mattress store in my opinion!! The one year warranty is an added comfort JUST in CASE which I don’t expect to have to use. I can’t Wait to get my new bed!!!

After spending hours trying to find an equivalent mattress to replace my 25+ year old one that was giving me hip pain, I found the Original Mattress Factory through an online forum. This was exactly what I was looking for, a flippable mattress that is built to last. I went into the store and met Melanie, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She was not pushy in any way, and their straightforward pricing with no sales or gimmicks was even better. So far I am loving my new mattress and waking up without pain!

My mother is a senior citizen at an independant adult living facility. She has a 20 year old bed she purchased at the Original Matress Factory in Lake Mary. She had been noting a issue of concern with her bed. She called them for assistance and the manager, Melanie came out on a Sunday morning to help her. Melanie was most gracious and helpful. Problem resolved to the best of the circumstances and she did not charge a dime. Who said good people and companies are a thing of the past.Thank you Melanie!

Never have I walked into a store front and been so blown away by the quality of product and service. When I say exceptional, I mean it. Melanie is beyond knowledgeable, a consummate professional who is more so an educator than a sales representative. My mattress quality has changed my sleep and overall quality of life, all thanks to an organization that cares about quality, and a representative that cares about people. Haven’t shopped at this store but we’re about to. We have an OMF bed in our sons room that used to be our bed and it has watched almost a half dozen other beds come and go and this is still THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed in the house. 20 years later. Be there soon! Edit: so happy with our new bed!

Melanie made the whole matress search worry free. When we saw how the assembly works and the quality that goes into this product it was a no brainer. The matress we bought is perfect for my back . They are the Rolls Royce of matresses. These are high quality mattresses at extremely reasonable prices made right here in town. The delivery men were highly professional and courteous.I would highly recommend OMF to anyone who enjoys a good nights sleep.
