Rude managers, you never know when someone will help you there. They all ways say that the inventory count never matches, so they refuse to check items in the back for me, this has happened 4 times. Terrible customer service.

I try not to but everything from Amazon, but this Target is making it harder and harder. Twice this week I had to drive back to the store to return expired or damaged items. First was expired yogurt and today I picked up a drive up order and the hair gel was split down the middle and there was a mess all over the other items. At least when Amazon makes a mistake I don't have to leave my house multiple times.

I came there and had to use a motorized wheelchair for the first time, all 6 were not charged?? Had to do a lot of shopping, they just lost money, I went to wal mart and they had fully charged ones.

Lately they have only one registered cashier open and it has become problem when it is a long line. I was discriminated, I was the only one asked how many items I had on self check out when the person behind me had as much as I did !

I love to use the Target app while at the store! It has so many different rewards I can use towards my cost each time I make a purchase. Also the customer service is always good and store is always clean and tidy!

The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Thoroughly disturbed. Go to literally any other target. This one is trash and gets treated as such by the employees.

My wife did some shopping there this morning and when she got home she realized that the check out lady had not given her all her bags. She called them, told them about it and gave them her name.
When I was out running errands I stopped by the customer service desk to retrive the missing bag. When I went to Customer Service and gave them my wifes name and said she had called about a missing bag the lady behind the counter was very
rude and snapped "What was in the bag" Since I had not been shopping with her I told the lady I had not idea and she snapped well then I cant give it to you!! So I guessed one possible item and the rude lady then said "Thats all you had to say!" and went to retrive the bag. i thanked her and left.
No reason for the rude attitude and is just one more reason why I hate shopping at this Target.

I almost always use drive up now. Always kind and helpful people handing me my order. The orders have always been accurate and pick up is quick.

The only time I have seen someone put their items down and walk out at a Target. The line was more than 10 people long with one register open. No self checkouts open. 3 employees at Customer service and not one of them stepped up to help the customers. This is the type of thing I would expect from a dollar small box stores. Very disappointed that I had to wait as I needed my items for my students this morning. I would have walked out as well after 10 minutes in line. The woman running the only register was amazing and apologetic.

This was my favorite target to shop at because I’m here five days a week shopping and the great people that work in the Starbucks but because of the harassing AT&T associates in the back of the store I really don’t wanna come back here. I understand they’re trying to make money however, it’s one point to follow people and then try and make you feel bad about what kind of cell phone service you have to me that’s not customer service And I can shop at a different target as long as they don’t have the same type of people there.
