The customer service I got from Mallory, Fallon and Jackson was A+ they did everything in their power to make sure I got what I needed from trying to see if they had a style of shoe in my size online or at a another store. Although I didn’t get the Red old skools in my size but I walked out of the store with 2 pairs of shoes. I will always come back because they help me out tremendously”

“The store is always well stocked and clean, as well as organized. This makes it easy to locate the brand or the type of footwear you want to purchase. I prefer ASICS brand, since this brand has wide widths for slender feet. I have frequented this store since they have been in this plaza. The rewards program is great and the specials are awesome. The store has many brands for all your athletic needs. Highly recommend this store.”

“I love this champs location! I try other shoe stores and every time I always end up disappointed. Then I go to Champs where everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Twice now, Sam has helped me buy shoes for my children and gives every effort to make sure we leave satisfied! Ms don has very large feet for his age and my daughter is very picky, so it’s hard to find something for them. But Sam and the team make sure we don’t leave empty handed! As I was looking at the selection I asked an associate on the floor a question regarding the red dot prices. The lady answered my question but then walked away. The guy who rang me out was very nice. I would have selected 5 stars if it weren't for the associate on the floor. I dont shop in the store often but will make a point to stop in because their prices are lower than competitors.
