I called Renata Azizi State Farm and spoke with a woman named Emily. I wanted to lower my car insurance. Emily was very helpful in explaining some things to me and did a great job of getting my monthly payment to an acceptable price point. To be honest, I was ready to look for a new insurance company even though I have been with State Farm for a significant period of time. Emily’s patience and professionalism made a strong impression. Because of her I am still a State Farm customer. THANK YOU, EMILY!!!
