I had made an appointment earlier in the week, when I arrived I checked in, and was literally called back within a minute. Amazing.
Jesse was my phlebotomist, he couldn’t have been more brilliant. If I could give Jesse and this experience greater than five stars I would.

Came here for 1st time because Winter Springs was full. Made an appointment got there early did the check in on my phone. Came in waiting room, only two others in waiting room.
Unfortunately I was forgotten about. But they apologize and I was the last to be taken care of before they closed. Glad they apologized also glad I didnt have any other appointments later.

If you enjoy wasting your time and dealing with rude staff, congratulations you've found the perfect spot! Otherwise stay far far away. I was on a standby list with three other people and noticed that the list disappeared from the TV monitor. When I was able to speak with the manager, she informed me they were not seeing any more people on standby...I had been literally sitting there wasting time. She was rude and said she had made an announcement. If that's true, then I suppose myself and the other three people on the wait list all shared a delusional experience of not hearing it, which is what she hypothesized happened...that we all missed her announcement! She said I have to listen to the TV, which said nothing about not taking standbys. Not that I think it will matter, but for accountability, the manager who would not give her name was on duty Saturday, June 22, 2024. Good luck to anyone going here. I will ask my Dr. to not send me to Quest again...very frustrating.

The tall German woman who drew my blood, did not pay attention while switching vials, moving the needle in my arm back and forth. Now I have a golf ball sized hematoma in the crease of my elbow. I'd be forgiving of this except for her gruff, dismissive, unprofessional attitude.

Clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly, and fast, the lady who took my blood was very nice. The waiting room was full , but they respected the appointment time .

This was the worst smelling waiting room I have ever entered...smelled like a mix of ancient carpet, dead animals, and decaying bodily fluids. I was only there for 10 seconds because it smelled so bad. Abandoned my blood test plans just so I wouldn't have to smell it.

Jesse (the ginger) is the only one my Mom and I trust to do our bloodwork for the past year. Pain free and very consistent technique. He is the only one in my experience out of all the different facilities I have gone to get my blood who actually poke correctly and perfectly - Fast and diligent. I am always in and out with a smile.
**** Any negative reviews here are biased. You are not guaranteed to to be taken right away if you’re past your appointment time! Entitled much?
**** If they hurt you then it’s a simple mistake as stated below “she admitted to her mistake” sorry the world is not perfect, have the hospital stick you and see the comparison because they could care less.
**** As if it wasn’t rocket science - many who come to quest are old / miserable about their health status (sorry if you’re reading this review and take offense;) It is no one’s fault but your own if you input wrong information while checking in and not knowing how to work technology then get mad at the staff.
**** IF YOU PASS OUT DURING YOUR BLOOD DRAW CALL 911 not wait for your “husband” to arrive. Quest employees are not nurses nor are you a hospital.
Most of these reviews are by the elderly anyway.
Quest doesn’t acknowledge the work and effort staff go through because of elderly stupidity and entitlement! That’s my honest review.

Absolutely the worst!! Waiting over an hour when I was told I will be seen right away due to not being able to make my original appointment time. Waited and waited and waited and asked to speak to the manager and she was beyond rude and obnoxious. I would rather wait hours at any other location than to step into that place ever again. They are ?️

The last two associates were super friendly and helpful. Sherrie and Tiffany (coffee hubby). On time and do their job with skill.
